Huangdi Neijing says, "It's sunny". The air in the sky is fresh and bright. So it runs more than that. A man should follow the example of "purity and brightness" of heaven, have a pure spirit and a bright heart. This is to teach us to keep in good health. The most important thing is to have a clean and bright heart, so that people can live longer.
From a psychological point of view, Wang Yangming believes that everything is reasonable and contained in people's hearts. The human heart is like a spotless mirror and a bright and flawless moon. A saint has a bright heart and can reflect everything. Ordinary people's hearts have lost that light because of the pollution and blindness of selfish desires and delusions.
Therefore, practice is to strip one's true colors from infinite selfish desires and filthy dirt and restore one's true colors. This requires the external knowledge of physical objects and the internal invention of real properties. The external knowledge of physical objects can help us understand the truth of everything tomorrow, and the true nature of internal inventions will lead to bright and beautiful morality.
The human soul should neither be a slave to external things nor be a slave to its own selfishness. Such a person is a free man who really breaks free from the shackles, and such a heart is pure and bright as a mirror.
Whether Bloom or Hualuo, the key is whether the "flowers" in your heart bloom beautifully because of your heart. Is it because the heart is absent, so the flowers fall?
Do the usual things
There is a riddle that says well, "A Taoist priest has two treasures on his waist, and a monk has a towel."
The riddle is "ordinary". "Tao" (Taoist) is flat with two points, and towel is a common word.
Ordinary is a very important word, normal mind is Tao mind, and ordinary thing is practice. No matter how smart you are, how profound your thoughts are and how lofty your position is, you should try to do ordinary things well. Don't aim too high, don't be grandiose and unrealistic, don't look down on every trivial thing you do, and do it beautifully before you can achieve great things.
Once upon a time, there was a monk who worked as a monk in a temple (that is, cooking), from a young man of twenty to an old man of fifty for thirty years. On one occasion, a Taoist Zen master came to visit the temple.
Master Daoyuan asked: You have been a monk for 30 years, haven't you meditated, recited scriptures or recited Buddha?
The monk said: Yes.
Master Daoyuan asked: You have only been a Buddhist altar for 30 years, and how can you understand Buddhism without participating in meditation, reading scriptures and chanting Buddha? Isn't this a waste?
The old monk said with a smile: thirty years of experience, one porridge, one meal, one flower and one leaf, and the profoundness of Buddhism have all been appreciated in daily life and used in the cooking room. How can you say that there is no Buddhism when you have never experienced it yourself?
"As long as you are normal, everything is fine." This monk has been a priest for 30 years, and his heart is normal and safe. This is a coincidence. On the contrary, those masters who talk all day and despise doing ordinary things are getting farther and farther away from the Tao.
Live a good life
Life is full of small touches and small scenery, and only those who have a heart can appreciate the vastness of life from these small touches and small scenery.
To live a good life is to appreciate the deep interest in life in the details. We have a modern word called "small happiness"-those small but certain happiness.
Fortunately, Xiao is such a thing: touch your pocket and find yourself rich; The phone rang, picked up the receiver and found that it was the person I just missed; What you want to buy has just been reduced in price; Break an egg perfectly; Eat scrambled eggs cooked by mom; When waiting in line, your team moves fastest; Something I've always wanted to buy, but it's expensive. One day you accidentally bought it cheaply at a stall. ...
Zhou Zuoren said: In addition to the daily necessities, we also need some useless games and pleasures to make life interesting. It is necessary for us to watch the sunset, the autumn river, the flowers, the rain, the incense, the wine that can't quench our thirst and the unsatisfied snacks.
My husband and wife will sit under the window together, Chen said. She can embroider her flowers and plants, and I can cut my wallet. The leaves outside the window are silent, and the time inside is quiet and exciting.
Senior officials are not as good as high salaries, high salaries are not as good as longevity, and longevity is not as good as happiness. Small days are dull in the busy; The smell of fireworks is very fragrant in simple tea and light rice. "Buyi vegetable rice, coke for life."
At some point in life, we need to put aside our ambitions and complacency, let go of ourselves, and savor the tiny and lucky touches in life. Perhaps we can feel the true meaning of life here.
Be a happy person, study, travel, work hard, care about yourself and your loved ones, keep a bright heart, do normal things and protect our little life.
