Qianlong, known as the romantic emperor, created some of the oldest records. For example, if you calculate the actual number of years of governing the country, you will be the best in the world; Another example is that he loves to write poems. Although the quality is really pleasing and lacking in poetry, he wins by quantity. He wrote the most poems in ancient times. He wrote nearly 50,000 poems in his life, exceeding the sum of more than 2,200 poets in the whole Tang Dynasty, which was unprecedented and unprecedented. For example, he was the oldest emperor in ancient China, and he lived to 89 years old, old and strong. He was never seriously ill, and almost died without illness.

Therefore, many people envy Qianlong as a rare lucky monarch in ancient and modern times. He was clever since he was a child and was deeply loved by Kangxi and Yongzheng. As an adult, he enjoyed the peace and prosperity laid by Kangxi and Yongzheng. There are not many national events worth worrying about, and he basically enjoys life all his life: he likes poetry and composition, calligraphy, painting, music and tea, has artistic cells and loves to travel. Six tours of Jiangnan, five tours of Wutai Mountain and three tours. Gan Long is also good at archery, loves hunting, often competes with military attaché s in archery, and even likes all kinds of ice sports. He is really the darling of heaven.

Interestingly, Qianlong's father, Yongzheng, was bent on seeking longevity and invited experts from all sides to seek longevity. I don't know how many pills I took, but he died young, before he was 60. Although the cause of death is unknown, a more credible speculation is that he died of drug poisoning.

Emperor Qianlong arrived, witnessed the futility of Yongzheng's pursuit of immortality, learned a lesson, and had no interest in alchemy. At the beginning of his reign, he ordered the expulsion of the alchemist whom Yongzheng called needless to say, and seized food, but he lived for a long time.

Undoubtedly, Qianlong is quite proud of his longevity and happiness. After Gu Xi, he ordered people to engrave the treasure of ancient Xitian characters, the treasure of eight emblems, Gu Xi Tianbao of Five Blessingg Fifth Generation Hall, and especially the seal of Gu Xi Tianbao of Five Blessingg Fifth Generation Hall, which is one of his favorite seals and is often used. Many calligraphy and paintings he has admired have this stamp.

The so-called Five Blessingg, from Shangshu, refers to the five most respected blessings in ancient times, including longevity, health, wealth, good conduct and a good death. Five generations means that five generations live under the same roof. In fact, five generations only lived under one roof in terms of sculpture. By the time Qianlong died, it was already seven generations under one roof.

What does Qianlong's longevity have to do with? Later researchers were interested in it: some people attributed it to its good endowment, because its mother also lived to 86 years old; Some people attribute it to activities and activeness. They like not only writing and music, but also various sports and often take part in hunting. Some people think that Qianlong loves to travel, travel around mountains and waters, cultivate sentiment and benefit the body and mind; Some people attribute it to the effect of food supplement, because from the recipes of Qianlong's later years, there are many records of taking health care products such as Guilingji and Bazhen cake. Some people think that Qianlong once accepted initiation and practiced tantric techniques. These analyses are not completely groundless, but they are suspected to be one-sided, and they are all discussed from the perspective of bystanders.

As a matter of fact, Gan Long summed up his experience in keeping in good health. His Poems on Imperial System once mentioned: Exhale and nourish your heart, exercise your bones and muscles, do ten regular and four things, and make up in time. The seemingly simple sixteen-character, however, concisely summarizes the general content of its health care practice.

Visceral respiration, muscle movement, timely tonic, easy to understand, its content can be inferred literally. Ten rules and four don 'ts seem a bit confusing, but in fact they are all health rules used in traditional health care. The so-called "ten frequencies" refer to ten health preserving methods, including frequent tooth tapping, frequent swallowing of body fluids, frequent ear snapping, frequent nose rubbing, frequent eye movement, frequent face rubbing, frequent foot rubbing, frequent abdomen caressing, frequent limb stretching and frequent anus lifting. Fourth, don't talk about food, don't talk about lying down, don't get drunk when drinking, and don't be fascinated.

Naturally, ten frequencies and four bogeys are definitely not the invention of Qianlong. These are the experiences summed up by health experts in past dynasties. For example, the thirteen methods of health preservation invented by Sun Simiao basically cover the contents of ten frequencies. Although the specific steps and methods of these methods are different, their principles are similar and they are simple and easy to operate. As long as you persist for a period of time, you will have obvious effects.

For example, knocking on the teeth often, also called ringing the bell, is a way to prolong life. There are many methods of operation, and the frequency and time of tapping teeth are different. But the basic principle is that the kidney dominates the bone and the tooth is the bone, and the health of the tooth is closely related to the essence in the kidney. Sticking to a certain method of tapping teeth can not only strengthen teeth, but also strengthen kidneys.

For example, frequent swallowing of body fluids has a lot to do with frequent knocking on the teeth. Often called knocking teeth and swallowing body fluid, it is also an important health care method in ancient times. In traditional health care, saliva is a very precious substance. The so-called spleen belongs to body fluid and kidney belongs to body fluid. Saliva is closely related to the spleen and kidney, and has the functions of nourishing yin, reducing fire, promoting fluid production and tonifying kidney. It is even called Jinjinyuye to show its preciousness. Therefore, the body fluids produced by chewing teeth should be swallowed slowly, but not spit out at will.

Other methods in "Ten Routine" are similar to this, all of which achieve the purpose of health care by massaging and massaging certain parts of the human body. It is worth mentioning that these methods are not only used for health care, but also have certain preventive and therapeutic effects on some specific diseases. For example, ears often play, ears often rub and so on. Because health science believes that the kidney begins to open to the ear, and the ear is closely related to the rise and fall of kidney qi, regular massage of the ear can play a role in preventing hearing loss and senile deafness. Another example is constantly lifting the anus, which is also called taking Gu Dao. By scraping anus regularly, it has a certain effect on the prevention and treatment of hemorrhoids.

Longevity is generally a good thing, but if everyone around you has an average life expectancy, it may be less pleasant. Take Gan Long as an example. He had many children, including 17 only sons, but most of them did not live long and died early. Therefore, in his later years, although seven generations lived under one roof, there were only four sons around him, so he had to send white-haired people to black-haired people again and again. Only he himself deeply realized the sadness and helplessness, which may be the only side effect brought by his long life. Input and edit: at will
