Materials: black-bone chicken 1 piece, American ginseng 10g, hawthorn 15g, Dendrobium 15g, 4 slices of ginger and 4 leeks.
Accessories: 2 tablespoons of salt and cooking wine.
1. Black-bone chicken is about one or two Jin. Wash it, add a pot of cold water and boil it. Boil the blood out, take it out and rinse it clean.
