Download and install my Nanjing APP.

Second step

1. Open online payment for medical insurance.

Open my Nanjing APP, click on the hospital service of the health department → click on online medical insurance to open online medical insurance settlement.

Appointment registration

Open "My Nanjing", click "Hospital Service" in the health section, and enter "Qixia District Hospital of Nanjing", click on the appointment registration → select the registration type, department or expert, and the time of treatment.

Select medical card medical insurance card → select payment method → confirm payment → enter the medical insurance settlement interface, and the insufficient amount of medical insurance will jump to Alipay or WeChat payment.

Sign in for treatment

Please wait in the waiting area for 30 minutes before seeing a doctor, and wait for the doctor to call you after reporting through the QR code in the appointment record. (Don't take the number, just scan the code in the waiting area)

cancel an appointment

Check the reservation record → apply for a refund, and the fee will also be refunded (online registration fee can only be refunded, and medical expenses need to be reviewed by manual window).

5. Pay online

In the main interface, click medical payment → select the unfinished bill → view the bill details, select the method of taking medicine, pick it up or deliver it to your door, and click OK to pay.

For patients with slow door and special door, when the doctor prescribes medicine, the doctor judges whether to use slow door or special door. If the patient meets the requirements, it can automatically use the slow door or special door to settle accounts.
