How to cultivate Chlorella in seawater
Chlorella, commonly known as microalgae, is the most important plant bait for artificial culture of marine fish. Its suitable salinity is 4 ~ 36, temperature is 10 ~ 36℃, temperature is 25 ~ 30℃, illumination is 8000 ~ 15000 Le, and pH is 7.5 ~ 8.5. Common culture methods include algae seed culture, relay culture and productive culture;

(1) The cultivation of algae seeds is carried out indoors. Generally, one-time culture method is adopted. The culture container is a 100 ~ 3000ml triangular bottle, and the bottle mouth is wrapped with sterile paper or gauze to facilitate the cultivation and supply of algae seeds.

(2) The purpose of relay culture is to cultivate a large number of high-density pure algae liquid for productive culture and inoculation. Generally, large glass containers or plastic bags are used indoors. According to needs, it can be divided into primary relay training and secondary relay training. The first relay culture adopts 10000 ml glass jar with big mouth, 10000 ~ 20000 ml narrow mouth bottle and plastic bag, and mainly adopts closed and unventilated culture. Subculture is mainly one-time open ventilation culture; It is also an effective method to carry out secondary closed relay culture with large plastic bags.

(3) Productive culture is generally cultivated in outdoor large cement pools. The pool area is more than 20 ~ 40m2, but the water depth should not exceed 1 ~ 1.2m, so as to facilitate sunlight transmission.
