What is Shaolin Qigong?
1. Lead the spirit with meaning and blend with the spirit.

It is through conscious activities to dredge the vitality of the mixture of human body and nature and make it organically combined.

2. Soft mining aggregation

When collecting qi, you should set your head in the blue sky, step on the earth, completely integrate yourself with nature, and aggregate the collected qi and mixed vitality in a certain part of your body.

3. Natural gas production should follow five points.

Far, the so-called far, refers to the distance is far but not near, and consciousness implies thinking about distant places such as the horizon, the sky and the center of the earth;

Even, the so-called even, refers to continuous action, coherent ideas are not lost;

Soft, soft, finger movement consciousness is not stiff, moderate is appropriate;

Average, the so-called average, refers to a uniform speed, no hurry or slow;

Music, the so-called music, refers to emotional pleasure without worry, laughing without getting carried away.

Shaolin qigong is known as "three kinds of qi", which means: one is the aura of heaven and earth, the other is the freshness of flowers and trees, and the third is hard to say. They are introduced as follows:

Take the aura of heaven and earth

"Reiki" is the spirit of heaven and earth. In Lingshu, it is pointed out that "Qi is the spirit of heaven and earth and the essence of all things". Life is between heaven and earth, and the spirit of heaven and earth is today, stars, moon, gold, wood, water, fire and earth. If the spirit of heaven and earth is adopted, it should be done every day, at noon, at noon and at four o'clock. The factors are that the sun is born, the Taiyin is born at noon, and the qi is stronger than the hair and full of the qi, so the yin and yang are integrated, especially the qi is full. However, apart from these four seasons, if you do it at will, there will be no benefit. There should be no noise and noise where you need to work.

Collect the qi of the sun.

"On the Differentiation of Yin and Yang" points out that "between heaven and earth, heaven and earth are yin and yang. When yin and yang intersect, everything comes into being. The human body is just a little yin and yang, which intersect and then all diseases are gone. The combination of yin and yang, the blending of qi and blood, is naturally disease-free. " The qi of Yin and Yang in the dead body, the qi of pure moonlight today, is the treasure of all things in the world. It must be at four o'clock every day, at noon, at noon and at the end of the day. There are three specific methods: absorbing the sun's yang, absorbing the moon's yin, and combining yin and yang.

Yang absorption method

The first day of the first lunar month is the first day of the first lunar month. At this time, the sun and the moon meet for the first time, and the vitality is long. If there is no time on the first day of the month or it rains, it can be changed to the second day or the third day of the month. Miss this opportunity, the essence of the sun and the moon is empty, so it is not appropriate to take it again. The specific implementation method is as follows:

① posture

Sitting posture: At noon on the first day of every month, get out of the room, get up and sit in front of the rising sun in Ran Ran, calm down and breathe evenly, either in a single dish or in a double dish posture (Figure 18).

Standing posture: Go out of the room and get up around noon every day. It is best not to let anything block the sunlight, so that the solar energy can fully illuminate the practitioner. Then stand with your face facing south and your back facing north, and your legs are naturally slightly bent, so it is advisable that your knees should not exceed your toes. Eyes down, arms bent forward, fingers separated in a splayed palm shape, palms facing the sun, whole body relaxed and back straight (Figure 19).

② Action

Sitting posture: connect (figure 18) sitting posture. The curtain hangs down, the arm bends and stretches forward, and the palm is facing the rising sun. Then the arm slowly retracts to the chest (Figure 20), and then slowly pushes forward, while the body swings back and forth with the arm (Figure 2 1).

Station potential: Connect (figure 19) the station potential. Slowly retract your arms to your chest (Figure 22). Then push it forward slowly, with your legs undulating with your arms and your knees slowly flexing and stretching (Figure 23).

③ Breathing

Standing posture: sitting posture.

④ idea

Sitting posture: when doing exercises, your mind is focused on Laogong point in the palm of your hand. When inhaling, the yellow light in the sun is continuously injected into the mouth with the pull-back action when inhaling. At the end of inhalation, the eyes in the mouth are as thin as swallowing food, and then they are sent to the abdomen with the pulling back of the palm, and then the upper and lower teeth leave, and the lips protrude slightly, and the turbid gas in the body is exhaled with the pushing back of the palm.

Standing posture: sitting posture.

Shoushi

Sitting posture: Connect (Figure 2 1) sitting posture. When the palm is retracted to the chest, the palm is downward, and the accumulated air pressure is injected into the abdomen (Figure 24).

Then the palms cross in an arc from both sides of the body forward and upward, and the palms overlap. Palms are opposite, male left palm outward, right palm inward, female right palm outward and left palm inward (Figure 25).

Return the overlapping palms to the chest and press them down on the abdomen.
