Introduction of Gong Zhuang's method of consolidating foundation and cultivating yuan pile
Gong Zhuang's pile posture is the best physiological posture, and the meridians in this posture are also the best channels for qi and blood circulation. Coupled with the destruction of respiratory power and the guidance of correct thinking, qi and blood can be transported according to physiological needs, thus balancing yin and yang of the human body. Su Wen's Angry Days said: "Yin and Yang are the secrets, the spirit is the cure, Yin and Yang are separated, and the essence is the absolute", which means that if people can keep the relative balance of Yin and Yang, they will not get sick. Its pathogenesis is that the relative balance of yin and yang in human body is destroyed. When yin and yang are unbalanced, it is not only manifested as excessive yin deficiency, excessive yang deficiency, excessive yin deficiency and other symptoms, but also as qi disorder. Therefore, doctors, health experts, Taoist priests and boxers all attach great importance to Gong Zhuang's practice, so as to achieve their own balance of Yin and Yang by practicing piles.

Gong Zhuang's idea is to keep the acupoints running along the meridians or observe the beautiful artistic conception in a relaxed and quiet state. These are conducive to the adjustment of the spirit to a benign direction, to the comfort and tranquility of the spirit, and to the operation of meridians and qi and blood. Therefore, standing piles can regulate the function of nervous system, promote blood circulation, enhance endocrine, improve immunity, and also enhance the absorption and excretion of human body. The ancients said, "Take its essence and wash its dross." That's what it means.

The pile potential of the standing pile has changed some common postures in daily life, and the body muscles are rearranged and combined according to the requirements of the pile potential. In the process of muscle rearrangement and combination, it will consume a lot of body energy, exert internal combustion, strengthen the metabolism of various systems, adjust, restore and strengthen the functions of various organs and tissues of the human body, and play a significant and special role in maintaining health and treating diseases.

The breathing of standing piles should be gentle, even and slender, with a breath in rhythm, and its breathing should pay attention to abdominal breathing. Abdominal breathing means moving the diaphragm up and down. Because when inhaling, the diaphragm will drop and squeeze the organs below, so the stomach will expand, not the chest. Therefore, when exhaling, the diaphragm will rise higher than usual, so you can take a deep breath and spit out more carbon dioxide that is easy to stay at the bottom of the lung. Therefore, the effective utilization rate of breathing is extremely high, and oxygen can be fully dissolved in the blood and transported to the whole body to nourish every cell. At the same time, rhythmic breathing can have a good massage effect on internal organs, improve the mechanism and function of internal organs, and flourish life.

Gong Zhuang is still a self-reliant movement, that is to say, it has an infinite influence on the human body and some of its bodies. For example, the weak can make their bodies strong through exercise, and if a certain system, organ or tissue of the human body has diseases, the diseases can be eliminated through exercise, and healthy people can be healthier and easily experience endless fun.

Gong Zhuang is different from ordinary sports. It is a combination of exercise and rest, and a method of exercising during exercise and rest. Therefore, it has the function of regulating central nerve and peripheral nerve, and makes all parts of human body cooperate closely under the control of advanced central nerve. (1) Relaxation (rodless pile) Relaxation pile adopts rodless pile potential, which is the initial effort and basic achievement method of pile erection.

The legs are in step, the body stands naturally, the spine is loose and straight, the head is slightly pushed up, the jaw is retracted, the arms are naturally hanging at the sides of the body, the palms are inward, the palms are downward, the mouth is lightly closed, the tongue is on the palate, and the eyes are forward (Figure 1).

Grasp the ground with ten toes, lift your feet, slightly bend your legs, relax your hips, relax your chest, lower your shoulders, lower your elbows, raise your neck, concentrate and relax your whole body.

Breathing adopts reverse breathing (reverse breathing is a kind of abdominal breathing, which means that the abdomen contracts when inhaling and bulges when exhaling). Breathing through the nose is natural, even, slow and slender.

To eliminate distractions, you can choose one of the following ways according to the steps.

1 3 line relax

Divide the body into three lines: side, front and back. Imagine the word "loose" from top to bottom in turn and relax.

The first line of relaxation: both sides of the head → both sides of the neck → two shoulders → two upper arms → two elbows → two forearms → two wrists → two hands → ten fingers.

The second line is relaxed: face → neck → chest → abdomen → two thighs → two knees → two calves → two feet → ten toes.

The third line is relaxed: the back of the head → the back of the neck → the waist → the back of the thigh → the knee socket → the calf → the foot → the sole of the foot.

Two-stage relaxation

Divide the body into several sections, imagine and meditate the word "loose" from top to bottom, and relax.

The first relaxation method is: head → shoulders → hands → chest → abdomen → legs → feet.

The second relaxation method is: head → neck → two upper limbs → chest, abdomen, back and waist → two thighs → two calves → two feet.

3 overall relaxation

Meditate and relax like running water from beginning to end. Or relax by meditating on the whole body. Or according to three lines of three lines, meditate and relax in turn, and don't stop.

Each stop is required to relax 3 times and stand 1-2 times a day.

Function to relax the body, relieve muscle tension and mental tension, and correct body posture. Enhance leg strength. Can eliminate fatigue, keep fit and strengthen the body.

(2) Jingjing (tai chi pile) Jingjing uses the tai chi pile potential, which is also the initial effort and basic achievement method of standing piles.

Pile posture, feet step outward, shoulder-width parallel, body standing naturally, spine loose and straight, head slightly raised, chin retracted, arms hanging naturally at both sides of the body, palms inward, palms downward, mouth lightly closed, tongue on palate, eyes looking forward (Figure 2).

Grasp the ground with ten toes, keep your feet in the air, bend your legs slightly, tighten your hips, relax your chest and abdomen, sink your shoulders and elbows, eliminate distractions and relax your whole body.

Breathing adopts reverse breathing. Breathing through the nose is natural, even, slow and slender.

Quiet thoughts, not thinking, meditating on a single or very pleasant benign thought. You can consider the inside and the outside.

Visualize the exterior: imagine the beautiful exterior such as blue sky and white clouds (Figure 5), green mountains and green waters (Figure 6), calm lake surface (Figure 7) and blue sea (Figure 8) to help others calm down.

It is required to stand still and breathe 36 times each time and stand 1-2 times a day.

The effect can play a leading role in inhibiting the cerebral cortex, further regulating and restoring the function of the nervous system, thus improving the function of various tissues and organs in the whole body and playing a beneficial role in physical and mental health. (To be continued)
