What are the necessary dishes for eating Chongqing hot pot?
Chongqing locals are here! As a meat eater, I have to order fresh tripe, pork throat, tripe, mushrooms, coriander balls and spicy beef.

Try a regular order:

Three-piece suit →? Hairy belly, duck intestines, duck blood (under the cold pot; The added blood is not delicious)

Beef → fresh-cut beef, double pepper beef, spicy beef

Meatballs → coriander meatballs, tribute meatballs, shrimp slides.

Viscera → waist slice (I feel fishy), mushroom flower

Braised vegetables → pork intestines, quail eggs and chicken feet

Vegetarian dishes → tribute dishes (eaten when crisp), potatoes, dried beancurd and bean sprouts (boiled at the bottom of the pot can keep fresh).

Recommended for dipping vegetables:

Classic oil dish: garlic paste+coriander+chopped green onion+sesame oil

Universal oil dish: garlic paste+coriander+chopped green onion+millet spicy+pepper powder+oyster sauce+vinegar+sesame oil

Dip in dried vegetables: peanuts+white sesame seeds+Chili powder+salt (suitable for tenderloin slices and beef)
