Abstract: With the development of information technology, scientific and technological literacy has become a basic ability for college students to go to society. Therefore, with the theme of improving college students' scientific literacy, this paper discusses the relationship between scientific literacy and literacy, the current situation of college students' scientific literacy and the methods and measures to improve college students' scientific literacy. Research shows that related science and technology literacy education can effectively improve the level of college students' science and technology literacy.
