After practicing for a few days, I feel very good. I am more relaxed than dancing in square dance or doing radio gymnastics. Later, I practiced as soon as I had time, and slowly practiced and found that my temper became better. Haha, slow motion is also good. I know Baduanjin from my mother. Because my mother is old and her waist and legs are not good, the doctor advised her to practice Baduanjin. Later, due to some physical reasons, I began to practice Baduanjin. At the beginning, I was completely sore after practicing. The coach said it was lactic acid produced by long-term inactivity, which would be relieved in two or three days. Practice one set 12 minutes, usually three times, and the whole body is comfortable. Of course, it takes a long time to adhere to it to produce long-term beneficial help to the body. There are too many good things left by our ancestors. Our generation must study hard and give full play to his value!
