Yes, you can also contact the merchant through online conversation. There are four steps to private chat with merchants:

1. Open the APP and click the merchant.

2. Then click the information icon.

3. Then enter the content and click Send.

4. After the information is sent successfully, you can have a private chat with the merchant.
