During the period of practicing Buddhism, I attended the Dharma and learned rituals. At that time, rhinitis also improved significantly. But after about half a year, my nose was blocked again.

After that, I went to learn Chinese medicine scraping, only to understand that the root of rhinitis lies in the lungs, and the lungs are not good, which comes from the intestines.

Because of constipation, the intestines must be bad. Although the intervention of nutrition and health products has made my constipation a little better, I can not eat it for one day, but it will appear again in two days.

After all, eating health care products is burning money. This vicious circle makes me more and more at a loss, and I don't know what to do.

Later, every time constipation was solved by scraping. It feels much better than eating health care products, at least it doesn't cost money. Thinking about the nutrition my body needs, I also pay attention to my diet. I usually eat a lot, and vegetables of various colors are available every day.

When challenging, sometimes I can't punch in on time because of my busy work, and I will make up for what I missed when I have time. Only by persisting in serious study can we truly understand the harm of animal food to human body.

I can accept that red meat is not good, but for people who grew up by the sea, I never thought that white meat would do harm to their health. After all, generations have lived like this. The knowledge in the book really subverts my cognition.

The core elements of a healthy diet are: eating plants instead of animals, eating whole foods without refined processing, cooking without oil, and no more than one handful of nuts. Eat vegetables, fruits, beans and grains in a balanced way every day, supplement vitamin B 12, and produce vitamin D by sunbathing.

I think this kind of diet is easier for me, because I am not partial to food. Although it used to be cooked in oil, it is wrong to think that vegetarians will not squirm without oil, so the amount of oil is increased. Now I know that the body needs fat but not oil, so I don't eat oil.
