Finally, slowly return to your breath, feel your body sitting on the mat, feel your current state, improve your energy and observe yourself in meditation, listen to any sounds around you and your environment, and realize that you are a part of the environment, not an independent individual. Try to sit with your eyes closed and do nothing but feel your presence and your breath. Nothing interferes with you at this moment, just enjoy the happiness that this moment brings you. Finally, take a deep breath and exhale slowly from the lungs, then open your eyes, stretch your waist and straighten your back, so that the energy and beautiful feeling brought by meditation will run through your body.
