People usually take nutrients that are beneficial to people from water and food, and directly take nutrients from other channels during the period of grain shortage. Without contact with the outside world, deep mountains and forests can't eat it. It is normal to have a long trough. Don't deliberately seal it high, just be natural.

It must be explained that this is not the same as the real valley. The real way to cross the valley is the achievement after gaining the Tao. The real fetal interest is the achievement after all six pulse stops.
