PPC plastic is a completely degradable and environmentally friendly plastic synthesized from carbon dioxide and propylene oxide. Polypropylene carbonate is soluble in polar solvents, such as lower ketones, ethyl acetate, dichloromethane and chlorinated hydrocarbons, but insoluble in alcohol, water and aliphatic hydrocarbons. It also forms a stable emulsion in water. PPC allows gases such as oxygen to diffuse through it. The glass transition temperature (Tg) is between 25-45℃, and the PPC adhesive is amorphous. The glass transition temperature of PPC is slightly higher than that of polyethylene carbonate (PEC).
