China Selenium Supplement Association's Membership Process
Membership procedure of unit members

1. Read the joining instructions of China Selenium Supplement Association carefully, and get in touch with China Selenium Supplement Association in time to communicate the joining matters.

2. Download the membership application form.

3 fill in the application form, affix the official seal of the unit, and provide the following information:

(1) copy of business license;

(2) Copy of tax registration certificate and organization code certificate;

(3) Production license (submitted by the manufacturer);

(4) health permit;

(5) Brief introduction of the enterprise.

4. After discussion and approval by the Association, a notice of consent to join will be issued to the applicant.

5. After receiving the letter, the unit applying for membership will remit the corresponding membership fee to the account designated by the Association within the specified time:

6. Within ten working days after receiving the membership fee, the Association will award the bronze medal and membership certificate to the applicant, and the membership treatment will come into effect.
