1 tbsp cooking wine

50 grams of fresh chicken head rice

1 Dioscorea opposita

4 slices of ginger

Proper amount of salt

10g Poria cocos

10g lotus seeds

working methods

1. Prepare all the materials, peel the yam, wash it and cut it into hob pieces, and wash the chicken's head rice, lotus seeds and poria cocos with water;
