Morning reading made me realize that perseverance is irreplaceable.
How important perseverance is, I think people with a little experience have realized it, and its importance cannot be overemphasized.

American President Coolidge said:

"In this world, perseverance is irreplaceable.

Talent can't be replaced, and talented people fail everywhere;

Education cannot be replaced, and people who fail in education can be seen everywhere;

Talent can't be replaced, and failed talents abound;

Only perseverance is invincible. "

Goethe said:

"There are two ways in the world to reach the other side of success and achieve great things, and that is strength and tenacity. Power does not belong to most people, it is only the patent of a few people. However, even the humblest people can have tough qualities. Perseverance never fails to live up to expectations, and its silent power will be strengthened bit by bit with time until it is invincible and irresistible. "

Throughout the ages, there are countless famous sayings that highly recognize perseverance, because perseverance is so important to us.

Perseverance students have good academic performance;

If employees persevere, their work will be excellent;

A persevering boss will be very successful in his career;

Old people with perseverance will have good health;

A woman with perseverance will not grow old easily.

Perseverance is such a good thing, how to cultivate it?

What can make you come from the heart? You should follow your heart and what you really want, so that you can have an inner strength to support yourself and do it without hesitation.

I saw it the morning before, and learned that I spent three days fishing and two days drying my net. Seeing that all my friends in the kitchen have made such rapid progress, I am afraid that I will be washed away by big waves, and I am even more afraid that I will accomplish nothing because I have no perseverance, so I encourage myself from the bottom of my heart, no matter whether I write well or not, I must persist in writing.

Then I set a goal:

Insist on writing morning reading every day, write more if you are inspired, and write if you are not inspired. If you have time, write on the same day. If not, get up and write the next morning. The key is to write.

It's been almost a month now, but I wanted to give up many times on the way. Seeing others write so well, I feel that I can't get it. When I saw that others won the best, I prayed silently. I will try my best to win the best next time. When I see others writing better and better, I wonder why I can't make progress all the time.

But fortunately, I will still reflect on myself. I am useless in progress. Do I spend less time, accumulate less knowledge and write less attentively than others? If I work hard, I think I can make a little progress every day, even if it is so small that I can hardly see it.

I want to have a good face, a body that is neither fat nor thin is the wish of all women, and I am no exception.

Seeing other people's skin moist and shiny, ask others how to maintain it. Oh, they say it's easy to make a mask every day. I also bought several boxes of masks at home, and I haven't finished one box a year. It's ridiculous for me to think about it myself.

When you see that others are in good shape and look good in everything, ask others for advice. Oh, I originally insisted on doing yoga, so I also signed up for a yoga class. But the number of times I actually go to a quarterly card is less than 15 days. Look at yourself again, whether it's bucket waist or bucket waist, whether it's fat or not, so I gave up again.

Now that I think about it, I think it is the most difficult to learn from others.

I decided to work out a regimen that suits me:

( 1)

keep early hours

Go to bed at 1 1 at night and get up at 5: 30 in the morning at the latest. But if there are special circumstances, I allow myself to make some changes, such as getting up at 7 o'clock in special circumstances. Although I don't want to make an exception easily, I can sometimes make flexible changes according to the actual situation.

(2)

Adhere to moxibustion and foot bath.

Because I know my body and belong to the cold type, it is especially suitable for moxibustion and foot bath from the health point of view. I will soak my feet three times a week, do moxibustion three times, and add it again for two weeks.

(3)

Scientific diet control and proper exercise.

In other words, to "keep your mouth shut and open your legs", in fact, this is really not based on talent, but perseverance. I usually eat a light diet, then study nutrition and exercise 4 or 5 times a week.

Reward yourself for those who can achieve their goals in a month, such as taking a short trip, eating a big meal, buying a suit and so on.

I believe that when you follow these methods to self-discipline, you will have a deeper understanding of "irreplaceable perseverance"
