Combined with the overall planning and layout of the new district, the distribution ratio and spatial scope of the ecological protection red line inside and outside Baiyangdian District are clarified, the bottom line of xiong'an new area's environmental quality is scientifically determined, and reasonable ecological environmental protection target indicators are studied and formulated, so as to solve the constraints and outstanding problems such as online utilization of resources and environment in the development of the new district.
