Regarding the true qi, Buddhism, Taoism, Confucianism and medicine all explored and cultivated it from different angles and in different ways. Nouns such as yang, primordial qi, vital qi, mixed element and noble qi always refer to this kind of true qi. When inhaling, the lower abdomen adducts, the diaphragm rises, the qi in dantian rises from the lower abdomen, the stomach naturally bulges, the chest naturally expands, and the vital capacity increases: when exhaling, the lower abdomen adducts, the diaphragm falls, the internal qi sinks into dantian, and the stomach and chest naturally calm down. It is necessary to reach hands, feet, spirit and mind (with pride). Through repeated practice day after day, we can find the law of promoting qi, dynamic energy and combining inside and outside. With this skill, we can continue to practice drilling, collapsing, blasting and horizontal boxing, in which the concepts of moving boxing and splitting boxing are the same, but the movements are different. Second, calling Dantian is also called Qi, and calling Dantian is also called Qi. This is not inaction or invalidity. There are three steps to practicing this skill: 1, pushing the abdomen. After the pause, Party B takes a step with his left foot in Party A's crotch, with the front bow of his left leg propped up, and his right leg pushed back and exhaled. Then push the lower abdomen of the nail with the palm of your left hand; Party A retreats to the right and uses the lower abdomen to pick up the left palm pushed by Party B, at the same time, the lower abdomen bulges and pierces the abdomen. This way, one left and one right, one push and one push are repeated, so that two people's hands and feet can rotate during the exercise. Precautions: (1) Push the palm in the previous step, with both feet steady, and the strength comes from the heel, with the waist as the pivot and reaching the palm. You use dark strength, and you must not push hard outside the strength; (2) When you take the palm, your feet are steadfast, your breath is penetrating your abdomen, and your whole body is full of qi. You can catch the opponent's push palm with a whole strength. 2. pat the abdomen. Pat the abdomen (lower abdomen), upper abdomen (upper abdomen) and soft rib with three methods: pat, beat and point. The initial method is to pat the above three places with your palm. Then use the hitting method, that is, hit the same part with the outer edge of the palm (little finger side). Finally, use the point method, point with your fingers. Note: This skill should be practiced after standing on a pile or walking with fists. Remember not to practice this exercise when you are full, empty and tired. 3, Dan Dantian This is the practice of "calling Dantian" in the boxing frame. In order to achieve the qi of the abdomen, it can be emitted at will, making the internal qi full and lively. Exercise > At -3, Xingyiquan's walking gun can be used as a command. Starting from a three-body posture, the right foot is straight up; Hit the lower abdomen with both fists, and the heart of the fist is upward; Step up with your left foot to an oblique angle and hit the right cannon boxing; Then step forward to the right and hit the lower abdomen with both fists: step left again, then step sideways to the right, and hit the left cannon boxing at the same time. Walk around and practice like this. Note: (1) The artillery boxing is a three-step group, the first two steps are straight and the third step is oblique. When entering the first step, the fist hits the lower abdomen from top to bottom, reaching the little finger side. Exhale when hitting the lower abdomen, the abdomen bulges and the whole body swells. (2) Before practicing this skill, practice skills such as chopping, drilling and collapsing, and then practice skills such as fixed step and moving step of artillery boxing. Only when you feel full of internal qi can you practice the skill of "sucking your hands and beating your stomach". Strike from light to heavy, and never use force blindly. Boxing Day: "Recuperate the spirit, nourish the spirit, be faithful, practice immortality in Dantian, and don't give two thousand gold to others." Let's practice > -3.
