Don't eat puffed food, eat more original fruits and vegetables. It doesn't look good, but it's good for us.

Exercise actively. The best sports are mountain climbing and jogging, but the amount of exercise should not be too large.

The place to live must be in the suburbs, and the scenery is better. A good environment is another key to health.

Early to bed and early to rise. Don't eat big fish every day. Always make some vegetables and soup.
