Light food formula and its making method
Light eating is not a specific food, but a form of arbitrary food. Light food is not only a meal, but also a kind of unburdened, stress-free and more nutritious attitude of consumers.

The practice of light diet with quinoa and sweet potato;

Ingredients: 2 sweet potatoes, 30g quinoa, plain yogurt 1 cup, peach 1 piece.

Accessories: 3 lettuce leaves.

1. Wash the quinoa first. I chose white quinoa without soaking pretreatment, which saved time and trouble. It will be ready in ten minutes.

2. Pour the washed quinoa into the bottom of the "lifting hot pot" and pour a proper amount of water. Turn on the power supply and lift the lifting rod in the middle.

3. Rinse the sweet potato with water, cut it into small pieces, put it in a steamer, put it on a lifting rod, cover it, and choose nutritious steaming.

4. When steaming sweet potatoes to cook quinoa, wash the peaches, cut the pulp into small pieces, put it in a glass, and pour in yogurt to become yogurt fruit.

5. After the sweet potato is cooked, take it out and dry it.

6. Pour the quinoa soup into a colander with a small hole, drain the water and pour it into a small bowl for later use.

7. Slice the small sweet potato, shred the lettuce and put it on the plate, then add a few spoonfuls of quinoa to the shredded lettuce.

8. Add some quinoa to the yogurt fruit cup.

9. We have finished this breakfast. Mix it with yogurt when eating. It is delicious.

Precautions:

Save time, and because of the small amount, fix the two ingredients in a pot with a lifting hot pot, and pay attention to cutting the steamed ingredients into small pieces, so that the cooking time is similar to that of the cooked ingredients. It doesn't matter if there is no lifting hot pot, as long as there is a steamer with a compartment. Yogurt fruit cups can be made into milkshakes, depending on your preference. Personally, I prefer granular to mushy. This is optional.
