Life Thinking of Traditional Chinese Medicine —— Also on Gene Health Preservation
As a doctor, I often think that no matter how good my medical skills are, the people I can help are very limited. For example, I treat 40 patients a day, which is thousands of times a year. This is exactly what I said: I can only hit a few nails when I am covered in iron!

If I can tell you my own research results so that everyone can benefit from them, then I can help thousands or more people! It is based on this idea that I reluctantly bid farewell to my patients and friends, turned off my mobile phone, learned from the ancients, fled to the mountains to be a hermit, concentrated my energy and went all out to finish this work.

Since the beginning of this research, I have unconsciously used my own achievements to observe people around me. A friend's grandmother died of stomach cancer at the age of 57 and his father died of stomach cancer at the age of 57. At that time, we were already good friends, and the scene of his father's treatment was still vivid; A few years ago, he had an operation for myofibroma of the gastric fundus. He is 4 1 year old. He said that he understood the development of his illness very well, so I don't need to say more. In fact, everyone knows this truth, but no one has summed it up, so I took this job! After all, I am a doctor.

Look at the so-called health experts, you can sing and I will appear. Eat mung beans after eating mirabilite, and loach after eating mung beans! I said to myself: don't listen to them, use a doctor and a person's sense of responsibility and knowledge to give you something useful!

When I first came up with the idea of "gene health preservation", I made up my mind to write this book well, at least better than those so-called health preservation books before, so that people can truly understand the meaning of life and really improve their quality of life! But the more I write, the more difficult it is for me to meet this requirement! I have been discouraged for a long time. During this period, Mr. Ai Ning's "Ask Chinese Medicine how cool it is in autumn" and Mr. Huang Kaibin, the president of Beijing Baichuan Health Research Institute, have a great influence on me!

I am ashamed of their foresight and eloquence. Until one day, I remembered several important words in my life: one was said by a carpenter in the hospital when I was just working in the early 1990s. "In the past, Wenzhou people used kraft paper to make leather shoes, because people didn't know that kraft paper could make leather shoes at that time. Now Wenzhou people are seeking quality and creating famous brands. The quality is good, they are rich again! " He means to be a real person and do things in a down-to-earth manner! Another friend said, "Look at your friends' shortcomings, you will never have friends. Look at their advantages, you will always have friends.". "These two sentences of ordinary people's Mandarin have had a great impact on my life!

From this, I understand a truth. You just think this book can help others a little bit, so you don't have to be demanding "unprecedented". This allows me to put down my burden and try my best to express my thoughts, so that my readers can have a deeper understanding of their own lives, have a more scientific understanding of their own bodies, and predict what diseases they are prone to, so as to improve their lifestyles more pertinently, complement each other and prolong themselves. This is the focus of this book! There is no profound truth, only a little life experience of a common people studying medicine!

I especially liked reading comic books when I was a child. In the countryside, I once dug a stump and bought more than 100 comic books. As long as it is accompanied by pictures, children can easily understand the truth! At that time, I thought: in the future, when I write a book, I must also match comics! This is why there are so many cartoons in a seemingly medical book! I just hope that in the fast-paced modern life, you are not tired of reading this book!

Here, I would like to thank Mr. Lin, a deaf-mute of my age, for his painting genius. It is because of his illustrations that this plain book has a little color! His mother is an excellent nurse. He was not born deaf, but was injured by streptomycin injection when he was over one year old, which became his mother's lifelong regret! This is also the regret of advanced modern medicine!

If this little book can have a little positive significance to your life, please log on to the website and express your opinion. Thank you!
