First, what is the pelvis?

The pelvis consists of sacrum, coccyx, left and right hip bones and their ligaments.

Speech: The pelvis is the center of maintaining body balance. When the spine sits on the pelvis and the lower limbs are hung on the pelvis, any changes will happen to the pelvis, because our internal organs are hung on the spine. Once the pelvis has problems, the spine will also have problems, leading to cervical spondylosis, lumbago, lumbago, lumbar disc herniation and coccygeal pain. Lower limbs can also cause other problems.

Second, the role of pelvis

As a transit station, pelvis plays the role of connecting link between anterior and posterior forces.

Third, pelvic problems.

Pelvis leaning forward: it will cause hip kyphosis, lower abdomen or kyphosis, abdomen drooping, and hips large and wide.

Pelvic Recline: It is easy to lead to hunchback with chest, which will lead to chest tightness and shortness of breath, back pain in shoulder and neck, and problems in thoracolumbar spine. Head back, affecting the appearance of the body.

Speech: If the pelvis is compared to a bowl, when we sit correctly, the bowl can be kept straight and the water in the bowl will not overflow. Once our pelvis tilts, it will cause the whole body to tilt, and then the organs in various parts will change accordingly.

Fourth, why do you want to do pelvic recovery after childbirth?

Speech: Do you know that the pelvis is the most important part of the birth canal? The speed and smoothness of delivery have a great relationship with pelvis, and when we are pregnant for about 4 months, the body will secrete a hormone called pubic relaxation. The pubic symphysis, which is used for pelvis, makes the bones loosen slowly and helps to open the suture during delivery, which is why doctors recommend a large amount of calcium supplement in the second trimester and postpartum. Some mothers will say that I have a caesarean section and don't need pelvic repair. In fact, the fetus has descended to the pelvis in the third trimester, when the pubic symphysis has been opened.

5. What harm will pelvic deformation cause?

(1) Unbalanced proportion of human body, obesity and pelvic deformation of lower body will cause sagging of viscera, bulging of lower abdomen, lateral development of buttocks, sagging and so on. , thus destroying the body curve. On the other hand, the pelvis is connected with bones such as the femur of the spine and the posterior skull of the head. If the pelvis is deformed, it will bring a burden to the femoral joint, which will lead to joint distortion and aggravate the internal and external splayed leg shape. In addition, because the pelvic tilt will lead to the whole body tilt, the activities of various parts will be restricted, which will lead to muscle decline. Muscle is the only place to burn fat. If muscle strength (that is, fat metabolism function) is also low, fat will accumulate.

(2) The pelvis, such as constipation, dysmenorrhea and irregular menstruation, supports the abdomen and plays an important role in protecting internal organs and reproductive organs. Pelvic deformation will affect the organs and reproductive organs in the pelvic cavity. The inclination of pelvis distorts the original shape of uterus, ovary, stomach and other organs, which hinders or even partially loses the function of body fluid flow. For example, the function of intestinal peristalsis will be weakened accordingly. Chronic constipation is mostly related to this.

(3) The pelvis with shoulder and neck pain and low back pain will pull the muscles around the waist to expand to the left and right, which will cause low back pain due to the compression of the lumbar nerves. In addition, if the muscles from the waist through the back to the shoulders are stiff, it will inevitably affect the blood circulation and cause shoulder pain.

(4) Chronic fatigue and body cold hinder the normal circulation of warm blood due to the inclination of pelvis and compression of blood vessels. In addition, the muscles that generate and release heat under normal working conditions will be elongated due to the deformation of bones, and then the muscle tension will return to its original state, thus causing chronic fatigue. After the muscles are tense and stiff, the blood and lymph will not flow smoothly, and the body will be in a state of chills, which will be aggravated.

(5) Pelvic floor muscles: During pregnancy, pelvic floor muscles are under great pressure and relaxed. If the pelvis supporting the pelvic floor muscles is not closed at this time, it will inevitably lead to more relaxation of the pelvic floor muscles. It puts the uterus, ovaries, accessories, vagina, bladder, rectum and other organs in our pelvic cavity like a net bag. The relaxation of pelvic floor muscles will inevitably lead to vaginal relaxation, uterine prolapse and bladder sphincter relaxation. Even if it doesn't leak after a few months, when you are in your forties, you will still leak urine and even urinary incontinence when you laugh and cough. That's all.

Sixth, why do you have to do pelvic repair after childbirth?

Speech: the pelvis is tightened by three centimeters, and the vagina is tightened by one centimeter. Therefore, pelvic repair is also helpful to improve the sensitivity of sexual life, which is conducive to family happiness, not only to good health, but also to the harmony of sexual life between husband and wife in our family. If the pelvis is not closed, the vagina droops and relaxes, the wall folds increase, the pH changes and the immunity decreases, it is easy to breed bacteria and cause recurrent gynecological inflammation, such as vaginitis, pelvic inflammatory disease and pelvic effusion. This is also the fundamental reason why women are prone to gynecological inflammation after childbirth.

Seven, the danger of pelvic deformation under the crisis.

1, poor blood circulation in the lower body, enlarged buttocks, thickened thighs, short legs and long legs, and deformed and bent spine. I often feel cold all over;

2. The internal organs will fall down with the expansion of pelvis, leading to the protrusion of the lower abdomen;

3. Make the postpartum mother lose the sense of "triangle" and completely lose the beauty of curve;

4. Vagina and anus can not be effectively tightened, which is prone to urinary incontinence and uterine shedding; 5, it will lead to an increase in pelvic effusion, causing gynecological diseases such as pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis!

Eight, the common population of pelvic deformation

1. Pregnant women

Due to the weight of the fetus, if the core muscle group is insufficient or the body's ability to return to neutral position is insufficient, muscle imbalance and so on. You will be forced to bear too much fetal weight by moving your pelvis forward. Expectant mothers and mothers with children in the third trimester are prone to this posture.
