How to cook soup with milk?
Ginkgo milk chrysanthemum pear soup

Ingredients: 25g ginkgo, 3 white chrysanthemums, 3 Sydney, and proper amount of milk and honey.

Practice: ginkgo is shelled and undressed; Wash the white chrysanthemum and take the petals; Wash the Sydney, take the meat and dice it. Put ginkgo and Sydney in a clear water pot. When the ginkgo is soft and ripe, add milk and boil. After cooling, add honey to taste.

Lotus root and red bean soup

Ingredients: 500 grams of lotus root, 250 grams of red beans, 50 grams of dried tangerine peel, 250 grams of chicken legs and a little crude salt.

Practice: Peel the chicken legs and wash them. Peel the lotus root and cut it into small pieces. Soak the tangerine peel until soft, and scrape off the white pulp inside. Boil the soup pot with water, then add all the ingredients and cook for 2~2.5 hours.
