6. The applicant must have a permanent residence in this area of the city;

The clinic must be fixed for a long time, and the non-applicant must have a lease agreement for more than 5 years, and meet the requirements of the Basic Standards for Medical Institutions promulgated by the Ministry of Health. Calculated by 1 doctor and 1 nurse, the usable area is not less than 40m2, and the area will increase by10m2 for each additional health technician;

Units or individuals that set up medical institutions shall apply for the approval of setting up medical institutions in accordance with the provisions of the State Council, and obtain the approval of the health administrative department of the local people's government at or above the county level.

Article 10

To apply for the establishment of a medical institution, the following documents shall be submitted:

(1) An application for establishment;

(2) Feasibility study report;

(3) Site selection report and architectural design scheme.
