What to eat and soup for postoperative wound healing? Please light it
When to start eating and what kind of diet to take after operation depends on the specific situation of the patient.

Under normal circumstances, those who have no adverse reactions after minor surgery can eat after surgery; The operator under local anesthesia can arrange diet according to the condition if there is no discomfort after operation; Patients undergoing major surgery under general anesthesia or semi-anesthesia should wait for 3-4 days after waking up, and then start eating a small amount, without gastrointestinal adverse reactions. After the operation, if the patient tries to eat 1 ~ 2 days, if there is no discomfort, he can gradually increase his food intake and transition to a normal diet.

Usually, clean food is the main diet in the first stage after operation, and patients can eat rice soup, lotus root starch, fruit juice, deoiled broth, egg drop soup and so on. 1 ~ 2 days later, with the stability of the disease, the patient's diet can enter the second stage, eating milk, soybean milk, yogurt, steamed egg soup, almond tea and other liquids; If the patient has no adverse reaction after eating the liquid, the diet can enter the third stage, eating Longxu Noodles's egg flower, egg congee, wonton, bread, cake, vegetable paste, liver paste and so on. After 5 ~ 6 days, the patient's diet can enter the fourth stage, eating soft rice, soft dishes made of meat, steamed bread and so on. In short, the diet of postoperative patients should be based on the principle of "high calorie, high protein, high vitamins, low fat and easy digestion". In particular, vitamins are not easy to obtain from food, and can be supplemented by drugs if necessary.

Dietary taboos after operation

1. Do not eat. After digestive tract and abdominal surgery, the intestine is in a low function state and must be fasted. 2-3 days after operation, if the anus exhausts, it means that the intestinal function begins to recover, and a small amount of liquid diet can be given at this time. After 5-6 days, you can change to a semi-liquid diet with less residue. During this period, the liquid should be light, nutritious and warm to avoid bringing coarse food residues into the liquid. When switching to a semi-liquid diet with less residue, avoid chicken, ham and soup of various vegetables. Even if these foods are not cooked well, they must wait until 10 days after the operation.

2. Avoid greasy food Even on the first 10 day after surgery, when the body can bear soft meals, it is not allowed to eat greasy food too early.

3. After two weeks of hair-avoiding surgery, although the recovery is very good and the stitches have been removed, the body's resistance is still very weak during this time, and the danger of inflammation still exists, so hair must be taboo.

Digestive tract and abdominal surgery includes esophagus, stomach, intestine, liver, gallbladder and other operations, but some minor operations, such as appendicitis surgery, only need to fast for one day after surgery, the next day can be fed liquid food, the third and a half days to feed liquid food, the fifth day to eat soft rice; Anorectal surgery should be fasted for 2-3 days, and then given a small amount of residual clean liquid and semi-liquid. Limit foods containing crude fiber in the diet, such as celery, Chinese cabbage, coriander, garlic sprout, leek, Toona sinensis, winter bamboo shoots, bamboo shoots, pineapple, etc. Reduce the frequency of defecation and the friction of undigested crude fiber on the wound; Oral and throat surgery, fasting within 6 hours after operation, fasting hot liquid within 1-2 days, mainly cold liquid.

I don't know whether the person who performed the operation is a man or a woman, and what kind of operation it is. This also affects what soup to make.

I recommend some soup to you:

1, magic red date sashimi soup

[Ingredients] Raw fish 1 strip (about 300g), 15g ginseng +05g astragalus, 30g red dates, 5 pieces.

[Practice] Scales, gills and internal organs of raw fish are removed, washed and cut into small pieces for later use.

Ginseng Radix, Radix Astragali, and Fructus Jujubae were cleaned after removing the core.

Put the medicine and raw fish in a stew, add appropriate amount of water, cover the stew, simmer for 2 hours, and season.

[How to eat] Take soup from dregs and eat raw fish once a day for 5-7 days as a course of treatment.

【 Efficacy 】 Supplementing qi and nourishing blood, tonifying deficiency and promoting granulation.

Indications: After various cancer operations, the wounds are difficult to heal due to deficiency of both qi and blood. Symptoms are emaciation, dizziness, shortness of breath, laziness, mental fatigue, palpitation, insomnia, and the wound is difficult to heal.

【 Description 】 Raw fish is flat in nature, sweet in taste, enters the liver and kidney meridians, and has the functions of nourishing liver and kidney, nourishing yin and nourishing blood.

[Fish and Fish said] (Alas, I stole something in the herbal medicine and said ...) It is said that raw fish has growth hormone to support wounds, so the smaller the better. However, all I can buy in the vegetable market is more than half a catty. If I cut it into small pieces, there is not much and there is no taste. Better put less water. In order to improve the taste, we usually add some lean meat (pig's trotters are enough, and I like this recently ... as long as the lean meat without oil is enough, pig's trotters are more delicious). In fact, you don't need to cook for hours like old fire soup. Boil the herbs first, then throw the fish and meat down for cooking-I'm always worried that those growth hormones will be boiled off if I cook them for too long (well, forgive me for not having any scientific basis).

Codonopsis pilosula can be dispensed with ginseng. Of course, ginseng is more tonic. Astragalus, red dates and the like, just like what I told you last time. Anyway, these things are mild, so you can put a little when you come and go, so I suggest you buy about half a catty of each thing and eat it slowly (in fact, one month is not enough, I have bought it many times). Jujube must be pitted, because it is not delicious when it is pitted-this is what menstruation and my mother said. Don't put ginger, Jiang Ye is hot, but it's not good for the wound-fish soup without Jiang Ye won't smell like fish, because these herbs can already be tasted. My mother said that this soup is actually not nutritious, but it is really good for the wound. Just after the operation, I have to keep eating for a while-when I see it in our market, I will ask, "Do you want raw fish?" .

Oh, our old man said that we should avoid spicy food (our family doesn't eat Chili at all, so even ginger and garlic are saved), and we can't even eat soy sauce, otherwise the wound will precipitate pigment, which is not good-I don't know if there is any basis. Anyway, I refuse to eat menstruation, and now I am very satisfied with the statement of knife marks. Try to be light. I think many patients in the hospital can eat normally within a few days after operation, so don't worry. As for the soup, you'd better stick to the pot-it is said that such an operation is more tiring than giving birth. I stayed at home for a whole month before I went out, so I do this and that under her command every day ... (I'm the only one at home who doesn't boss me around) Don't let your mother carry heavy things, which is not good for the wound. It is said that it will be half a year before she can do some strenuous exercise.

2, Dangshen wolfberry old pigeon soup

【 Ingredients 】 Codonopsis pilosula 30g Lycium barbarum 15g old pigeon 1 lean pig 200g red dates 6 pieces.

[Practice] The old pigeon was dissected, eviscerated and washed; Clean lean meat and cut into thick slices; Remove the core from red dates and wash them for later use.

Put the ingredients together in a casserole, add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high fire, and stew for 3 hours to taste.

[How to eat] Take soup from the dregs, eat old pigeons, lean pork and red dates with soup, one material a day.

【 Efficacy 】 Strengthening the spleen and nourishing yin, benefiting the heart and calming the nerves.

Indications: weakness, spleen and stomach essence and blood. Symptoms include dizziness, palpitation, insomnia, mental fatigue, red tongue, thin and white fur, etc.

[Fish said] After reading this recipe, it suddenly occurred to me that I have made this kind of thing twice, but I think the whole pigeon is still so small. I'm afraid of this kind of thing. I don't have to chop it, but I put it down and cook it. But for my dear menstruation, I made a lot of cold-blooded killer-although I stood by and watched the pigeons kill me, I was still a little bit like that ... I added a little Polygonatum odoratum and dried lily to the pot, which was delicious-in order not to waste, I picked up a lot of soup dregs to eat, and the result was very round (bitter ~).

Pigeons are fine. Just heat them. The newspaper says that Lycium barbarum has been dyed a lot recently, so you must see it clearly-soak it in water. Of course, the faded ones are dyed. Actually, look at the top of the wolfberry. Beige is normal. If dyeing will make it all red, don't buy it. Bad wolfberry soup will turn sour. ...

If you have no casserole, use a pressure cooker. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and simmer for ten to twenty minutes, then turn off the fire and let the pressure inside simmer slowly. You can cook and season when you can open the lid (I usually cook soup like this to save gas, and it feels as good as a casserole). Otherwise, it is better to throw it into the stew pot, which is time-consuming. It's best to cook a few hours in advance-I always took a saucepan with me when I went to the hospital at that time, which kept the heat well.

This soup is really delicious. According to my observation in the hospital for half a month, many aunts with uterine fibroids and other problems will have "weakness of the spleen and stomach". Symptoms are dizziness, palpitation, insomnia, mental fatigue, red tongue and thin white fur. Because of the tumor, the nutrients in the body will be sucked away, so it must be replenished.

3, longan meat lotus root litchi pigeon soup

【 Ingredients 】 longan meat 25g lotus seeds 25g medlar 50g dried lychee 8 red dates 4 squab 1 slice lean pork 150g dried tangerine peel 1 slice.

[Practice] Pigeons are slaughtered, eviscerated and washed; Clean lean meat and cut into pieces; Wash longan pulp, lotus seeds, Lycium barbarum, dried litchi (core removed) and red dates (core removed) with clear water, soak dried tangerine peel, and remove white for later use.

Put all the ingredients in a casserole and add some boiling water. After boiling with strong fire, boil with slow fire for 3 hours to taste.

[How to eat] Eat longan meat, lotus seeds, medlar, red dates and dried litchi in soup, one material a day.

【 Efficacy 】 Tonifying liver and kidney, invigorating spleen and appetizing.

Indications: physical weakness or weakness after illness, memory loss, improper diet, dizziness, listlessness and other symptoms.

[Fish says] This soup is not much different from the one above. Longan meat (called dried longan and round meat in some places in China) has a special sweetness, and the soup is particularly fragrant. Yesterday, I bought two taels, and the aunt who sold dry goods said it was better, three and a half. Stewed extra thick meat is really delicious-I suggest you try it before you buy it. Dried litchi is a little "spicy" than longan meat, and it is still more tonic. If there is, you can add it. If not, forget it (I found that patients after operation are as tolerant of "hot" supplements as mothers because they are too weak). As for lotus seeds, I think red ones are more delicious, especially recently, it is said that many white lotus seeds are bleached, so be careful not to buy white ones (so are tremella).

Chenpi is an old orange peel. If not, orange peel is ok, and the soup is also very tasty. The peel of citrus fruits has the function of ventilation. The doctor asked me to boil some orange peel water for her to drink just after her menstruation operation. Later, I cooked very thin rice porridge with fresh dried tangerine peel, and I asked for porridge water (just after the first day of surgery, I can't eat solid things, so I have to "ventilate"-eating fart means the operation is quite successful). This porridge water can't be stained with oil, because I haven't eaten anything before the operation, and my stomach is very weak, so I can't get in touch with greasy things so quickly-I don't know, but I added a spoonful of peanut oil according to my usual habit of cooking porridge, and I have to cook it again later-I ate n oranges for orange peel that day ... (fortunately, it was authentic Hongjiang orange, which was delicious). The dried tangerine peel is white, and the white part is bitter ~ (alas, digression ...) I bought all these medicinal materials in the dry goods market, which feels cheaper than the fresh ones in pharmacies, but there are many such shops in Guangzhou, and I don't know them elsewhere.

4, Euryale ferox lotus seed pork tripe soup

[Ingredients] Pork belly 1 30g lotus seeds with Euryale ferox 30g red dates 10 yam 30g.

[Practice] Turn the pork belly upside down and rub it clean, put it in a boiling water pot for 5 minutes, then take it out and wash it; Gordon Euryale, lotus seeds and red dates are put into the pork belly together.

Put the pork belly in a casserole, add water, boil it with strong fire, and then cook it with slow fire for 2 hours to taste.

[How to eat] Eat pork belly, Euryale ferox, lotus seeds and red dates in soup, one material a day.

【 Efficacy 】 Strengthen the spleen and stomach, benefit the heart and kidney, and replenish deficiency.

Indications: weakness of spleen and stomach. Symptoms include decreased diet and prolonged diarrhea; Upset and thirsty, palpitation and insomnia; Or frequent urination due to kidney deficiency, nocturia, etc. It is also used for gastric and duodenal ulcers with spleen and stomach weakness.

[Fish Fish said] After this time, my level of washing pork belly has been greatly improved-because menstruation likes this soup best, and stewed pork belly for dinner is good. So I want to show my experience here-choose thick pork belly and pinch it when you buy it. Generally, it weighs two kilograms faster (it is more expensive during the Spring Festival, about 30 yuan each). When I bought it, the butcher turned the pork belly over for you to see-I don't think anyone would, there are almost a lot of dirty things in it, disgusting and heavy-robbing money ~ ~ ~. Wash the pork belly with clear water first when you get home, and then turn it over after washing it outside (it's a little disgusting, but I like pork intestines best, which is very easy to cook). Take it out after washing (not much water is enough anyway), mix a lot of raw powder and salt, and I'll add some peanut oil. Wipe until you feel clean-remember to wipe both sides, even that side. It seems that the connection place is called "pylorus", and the corresponding "cardia" is not connected with that thing-alas, I'm confused again-but to have these things, you need a complete pork belly, including two pieces of meat near that intestine, sandwiched next to the pork belly-is it a sphincter? Doubt). It's not over yet. It's very troublesome to say, this is the first step-I spent more than half an hour washing the pork belly quickly (it's so cold in Guangzhou this Spring Festival ...). After washing, I washed it, boiled a pot of water, turned off the fire, and then threw the pork belly into the hot spring. After a few minutes, wait for the pork belly to "soak" until it is half cooked, then pick it up and rinse it with cold water-you don't need to rinse it if it is not too hot. After washing the cold water, scrape the dirty places on the pork belly with a knife, that is, some yellow old skins (it seems that some pork belly is more, some are not), and so on, which can't be washed off. The white skin on the thick intestine came off by hand-I insisted on removing that layer during menstruation, otherwise it would be a bit smelly (anyway, there are four layers of pork belly muscle tissue, and this layer is torn thin). By the way, this layer is really thin, and the muscles below are white. Don't even tear that, the next layer is red. This kind of pork belly can be used to make soup ~

I am a lazy person, so I cut the processed pork belly into small pieces and throw them into the pot with the medicinal materials. The more troublesome way is to follow this recipe, don't cut it, cook the whole pork belly, then pick it up and cut it into pieces (for hygiene, throw the cut pork belly into the soup and cook it again). Raw pork belly is slippery and difficult to cut, but it will be easier to cut drops after soaking in hot springs ~

Chinese yam, Euryale ferox and other medicinal materials mentioned here are all dry goods. If it is fresh, I will make a special note-such as fresh yam, which is at least much heavier than dry goods. Pork tripe soup and pepper are an excellent match, but they are a little exciting. Don't give them to patients. I recommend a handful of fresh ginkgo biloba (10 to 20 capsules, which are said to be toxic), peeled and washed, and it is best to mash it gently (it is easier to cook thoroughly, and I like boiled ginkgo biloba). After the pork belly is cooked, just open the lid and put the chopped yuba into it to cook. Yuba rots easily, so put it later. You can soak it in water and cut it with a kitchen knife. Ginkgo is a urine collector, which is very effective for people who have a lot of nocturia or are inconvenient to go out to find a toilet ~ (I have read some Chinese medicine books before, and eating fried ginkgo has the same effect. ) Pork belly is good for the stomach, so it complements the shape. Especially during menstruation, the stomach and kidneys are not very good, so eat more of this.

5. Pork tripe Huangqi Qizi Decoction

【 Material 】 Pork tripe 1 Astragalus membranaceus 100g Lycium barbarum 30g rock sugar.

[Practice] Wash the pork belly for later use.

Astragalus membranaceus is wrapped in a cloth bag, put into a casserole with Lycium barbarum, rock sugar and pork belly, add appropriate amount of water, boil it with strong fire first, and then stew it with slow fire until the belly is rotten.

[How to eat] Eat pork tripe with soup, with meals for two days, and eat 3-5 ingredients, and then take it intermittently.

【 Efficacy 】 Supplementing qi to preserve health, invigorating spleen and nourishing stomach

Indications: weakness. Symptoms include listlessness, limb weakness, muscle weakness, chest tightness, loss of appetite, loose stool, pale face, shortness of breath, low voice, uterine prolapse, gastroptosis and so on.

[Fish said] Actually, it is similar to the above prescription. Only these medicinal materials have been exchanged. It doesn't matter a little more or less. However, I think lotus seeds have a strong taste, which is a little strong with astragalus. It is better not to put them in the same soup.

6, Astragalus Hericium erinaceus chicken soup

【 Ingredients 】 Astragalus 30g Hericium erinaceus 120g chicken 1 medlar 30g ginger 3 pieces.

Slaughter the chicken, gut it, wash it and cut it into pieces. Add ginger and chicken pieces into the oil pan and stir-fry until fragrant. Put it aside.

Wash Astragalus membranaceus and Lycium barbarum with clear water, put them in a casserole with chicken, add appropriate amount of boiling water, cook for 2 hours with slow fire, and take out Astragalus membranaceus.

Wash Hericium erinaceus, slice it, and simmer in chicken soup for half an hour to taste.

[How to eat] Eat chicken and Hericium erinaceus in soup, one material a day.

【 Efficacy 】 Spleen and qi, anti-tumor, help digestion.

Indications: weakness of spleen and stomach, dyspepsia, sallow complexion, loss of appetite, or dyspepsia, fatigue, emaciation, shortness of breath, lazy speech, pale tongue, white fur and weak pulse.

[Description] Hericium erinaceus is flat and sweet. Entering the spleen and stomach meridian has the functions of strengthening spleen and benefiting qi and helping digestion. Can be used for treating spleen and stomach weakness, anorexia, dyspepsia or physical fatigue. Now it is also used for digestive tract tumors such as esophageal cancer, gastric cancer and intestinal cancer.

[Fish Fish said] Hericium erinaceus is as good as Ganoderma lucidum, but it is good for tumors, cancer and so on. I haven't tried this recipe. It is estimated that the Hericium erinaceus here refers to fresh goods, and the quantity is relatively large-I have never seen some in the vegetable market. Dried Hericium erinaceus is best cut before making soup. I don't know why the cooked Hericium erinaceus feels a little "firewood", like chewing sawdust, which I don't like very much. I don't usually eat it. Anyway, the taste is cooked. Once, an uncle from Institute of Geochemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences sent some dried Hericium erinaceus to my home. Small grains are very tasty. The Hericium erinaceus I usually see looks very different, and the soup tastes very good. Worst of all, it can be cooked very smoothly-it's a pity that it didn't sell. It is said that because of the low output, it has been exported (what world ~ ~ ~ good things are exported? ! People's Sunkist exports to China are the worst. We always give the good ones to others and keep the bad ones for ourselves-it makes me very depressed to mention this. The Hongjiang oranges I mentioned earlier are a typical example: Hongjiang Farm exports the best oranges, and it is great to buy them here, but they are still second-class goods-I ate a gift from a farm leader's uncle, which is almost qualitatively different, which makes me reluctant to eat. ...

Ginger may be used here to remove the fishy smell of chicken, but patients should not eat ginger, which is too greasy when fried in oil. My practice is to wash the chicken pieces, boil a pot of boiling water, throw the chicken in, pick up the chicken pieces after the water boils again and rinse them with cold water. This can avoid blood foam when cooking soup, and also avoid the "fishy smell" of chicken. Then use the processed chicken nuggets and medicinal materials to cook directly (Hericium erinaceus of this formula is put late, probably because it is fresh, and dry goods can be mixed with other medicinal materials, and the longer it is cooked, the better it will be).

There is a lot of oil in the chicken itself, so there is no need to refuel at all (pigeons can be treated like this, and I even cook pig bone soup like this, and I can clean up broken bones by the way). Chicken had better not buy feed chicken, because I don't know how many hormones I have eaten (my parents are determined not to eat those "suit chickens", saying that they don't taste like chicken, the meat is too soft and so on. -Have you ever seen the birth of a suit chicken? Have you forgotten this name? It's disgusting anyway. After watching it for a long time, I dare not eat chicken-but sometimes I buy it back and try to make them unable to find it. Well, otherwise it is serious education). Why don't I buy a live chicken and have it killed-I'm at least one meter away from that chicken, and I'm afraid this kind of live furry flying animal (probably chased by a neighbor's cockfighting when I was a child) is the one I bought the most, and the black-bone chicken is not bad, which is enough.

7. Lycium barbarum and pork liver soup

【 Material 】 Lycium barbarum 30g Hu Aishan 30g pig liver 100g.

[Practice] Wash the pig liver and cut it into small pieces for later use.

Wash Fructus Lycii and Rhizoma Dioscoreae, fry until Rhizoma Dioscoreae is rotten, cook in pig liver, and season.

[How to eat] Drink soup and eat pork liver, medlar and yam, one material a day.

【 Efficacy 】 Nourishing blood, nourishing liver and improving eyesight.

[Indications] Diabetes. Symptoms include emaciation, dry mouth and thirst, mental fatigue and oliguria. It can also be used to treat nephrotic syndrome.

[Fish Fish said] My first reaction to seeing diabetes was "Dae Jang Geum"-I'm sorry, it's the first time I've been chasing a soap opera so selflessly, and I went home to buy a disc and watched it for almost one night. I watched it for a week, and it was 8 hours faster every day (more difficult than going to work) before I finally finished it. Actually, I don't know what diabetes is, but it's true that pig liver supplements blood. Does the liver correspond to the eyes? I don't know. I hope txs, who knows some common sense of Chinese medicine, can guide me.

If the yam here is dry, it is best to soak it for an hour or two before it is easy to fry. I often buy fresh yam soup. My mother says it's good to drink it in spring to get rid of dampness. Much more delicious than dry goods.

In addition, I recommend an eye-catching soup-Lycium barbarum leaf pork liver soup-which I made lazy last night. Well, we call this kind of instant soup "rolling soup", which is obviously different from the old fire soup. If the pork liver is delicious, it must be tender and smooth-cut into large slices (convenient for knife testing, I am constantly practicing ing), and then mixed with some oil, raw flour and salt, which is also considered as pickling. Boil a pot of water, add oil, and add Lycium barbarum leaves. When the leaves of Lycium barbarum are ripe and the pickled pork liver goes down, immediately turn off the fire and cook the pork liver with the heat of boiling soup-this is slippery, and because you are afraid of being uncooked, you should cut it as thin as possible. When I cook, I usually add some lean meat, which is also sliced and marinated together-if it is not thin enough, pat it with a kitchen knife, which is almost transparent if it is violent. Txs has been in front of the computer for a long time. Just drink more of this soup. Mainly used for "liver blood deficiency's disease, vision loss, red eyes and pain, night blindness" and so on.

8. Beiqi wolfberry and perch soup

[Ingredients] Bass 1 (about 500g) Astragalus membranaceus 60g Lycium barbarum 30g cooking wine, ginger, onion, refined salt and monosodium glutamate.

[Practice] Wash the perch, cut into pieces and put it in a large bowl for later use.

Wash the medicinal materials, put them in a bowl, add cooking wine, ginger slices, chopped green onion, refined salt and appropriate amount of water, then put them in water for heating, and add monosodium glutamate for seasoning.

[How to eat] Drink soup and eat bass and medlar, one material a day.

【 Efficacy 】 tonify the spleen and stomach, reduce swelling and promote granulation.

Indications: anorexia, loose stool, edema and limb detachment caused by weakness of spleen and stomach, which will not heal for a long time.

[Fish said] I chose this prescription because it can treat long-term unhealed wounds and should be very helpful for wound healing. It's a bit like soup, but it's stewed-it's also convenient to stew in a pressure cooker. If you are interested, I'll sort out the stew-I think we should stick to the stew. I've been lazy for several years, and I'm afraid it's too cold in winter (I think the key to the problem is that Guangzhou has been particularly cold in recent years), and my mother has been saying that she will make it up for me. When I was a child, I ate a lot with my mother and barely knew how to do it. Just finished menstrual surgery, and began to stew meat frequently.

But I think it's better not to use ginger, onion and cooking wine. Astragalus and Lycium barbarum are enough to remove the fishy smell of fish. In addition, I seriously despise the behavior of adding monosodium glutamate to soup ... (Can I still drink monosodium glutamate soup? I'm sure I'll laugh to death! I only put some chicken powder when I was lazy in "cooking soup" (it used to be chicken essence, but later my father thought that chicken powder was more expensive than chicken essence, and chicken ingredients might be a little more, so I insisted on using chicken powder instead. I, menstruation, always say that I will be thirsty after drinking monosodium glutamate soup ... I wonder if there is any basis-isn't it the same principle that Japanese always add firewood and kelp to soup? In order to make the soup sweet, I sometimes put two candied dates and carrots.

9. Wuji Buxue Decoction

【 Material 】 Black-bone chicken 1 angelica 10g radix rehmanniae 10g radix paeoniae alba 10g cortex lycii 10g.

【 Practice 】 Black-bone chickens are slaughtered or hanged, and their hair and internal organs are removed, meat is removed and washed for later use.

Wash the medicinal materials, then put them into the washed chicken belly, sew the abdominal incision with thread, put them into a casserole, add water, boil them with strong fire, and then simmer them with slow fire. When the chicken is cooked, take out the residues and eat them.

[How to eat] Eat soup and chicken, one material a day.

[Efficacy] Tonifying qi and blood.

Indications: deficiency of both qi and blood. Symptoms include hot flashes, night sweats, dry mouth and throat, physical weakness and qi deficiency, and red tongue with little fur.

[Fish says] The last one, when it's finished, it's over ... I'm tired of playing one by one ~ (Besides, I was laughed at for the typing method of "mantis boxing" ...)

I would never dare to do such a terrible thing Copy this recipe down for your reference. I feel very professional-so many herbs should be the representative of diet therapy.

Angelica sinensis is also often used to make soup, such as fish head (it must be the head of bighead-I'm talking nonsense again, I haven't seen any other fish head fatter than it-of course, my lack of knowledge is the key. Other river fish heads are not so fat, only a little cheek meat can be eaten ~ sea fish are not in the same level, so there is no comparison. ) When you put a small piece in the soup, there is a very special aroma-I think this recipe is a bit too much. Once I put three small pieces in a big pot of fish soup, which was definitely less than 10g, and my mother ate them. I quickly cooked white radish to make a fire for her ... That is to say, in many cases, if the soup that is too tonic can't stand it (especially ginseng), the simplest solution is to eat white radish (alas ~ ~ ~ what a waste ~ ~), so what soup to drink depends on your physical condition, and you should pay attention to the season and many things ... I think everyone has a row of study, and several classmates' mothers simply have it.
