Long-term nightmare (nightmare is not easy to wake up, breathing difficulties) How to treat the most effective?
Nightmares often occur because of the following factors:

1, cerebral artery blood supply is insufficient, often due to the stenosis or plaque of vertebrobasilar artery and internal carotid artery system, resulting in cerebral artery blood supply deficiency, which leads to short-term cerebral ischemia during sleep and nightmares.

2. Patients with autonomic dysfunction, especially those with insomnia, anxiety, forgetfulness and other serious autonomic dysfunction, have relatively less deep sleep.

3. In the case of brain hypoxic diseases such as increased intracranial pressure, pulmonary hypertension, and decreased lung function, nightmares will occur during sleep, and patients with abnormal discharge of brain cells such as epilepsy and convulsions caused by cerebrovascular diseases will also have nightmares.

According to the above symptoms, I think if it is a long-term illness, we should consider whether there is insufficient blood supply to the brain. Or cervical spondylosis. My advice to you is that you should always do moxibustion treatment at Baihui, Fengchi, Dazhui, Taichong and Yongquan points.

Method: You can buy a moxa stick five or six centimeters thick and make an empty blade to kill it. Then do moxibustion at the above acupoints, so that moxibustion is 1-2 times a day, and moxibustion lasts at least 30 minutes to 1 hour each time.

After you persist in this way for a period of time, your blood supply to the brain will be improved, and the phenomenon of nightmares will gradually decrease. There is another way, considering that the meridians may be somewhat stagnant. These routes are blocked. So I suggest you do some pricking at the above points.

Baihui point, Dazhui point and Fengchi point can cooperate with pricking collaterals and bloodletting to dredge meridians in this way. This method is done once every other day, and five times is a course of treatment.

The two methods I offer you will be improved after you persist in doing them for a period of time. External treatment of internal diseases is better. You can achieve the purpose of treatment without taking medicine. I hope you can give us feedback on whether it is effective, but it will take at least half a month to experience the effect.
