Participation procedure

1. Exhibitors receive the invitation letter.

2. Fill in the application form and affix the official seal to fax or mail it to the organizing committee.

3. The organizing committee will examine the applicant's qualification and preliminarily determine the booth, and fax the notice of booth pre-allocation to the applicant.

4. The exhibitors remit money within the time specified in the notice, and fax the remittance slip and pre-distribution notice to the organizing committee for future reference.

5. After receiving the payment, the organizing committee will send a confirmation letter of booth.

6. Exhibitors must report to the exhibition site with booth confirmation letter.
