Practice: wash kelp and houttuynia cordata, and wash mung beans. First put the mung beans in the pot and cook them five times. Add kelp and cook until the mung beans are cooked. Put houttuynia cordata, boil it and add sugar.
Administration method: daily 1 dose, continuous 1~2 weeks.
Mung bean tastes cold, sweet, heart and stomach meridian.
Eating habits compatible with spleen and stomach weakness or diarrhea should not be eaten.
Yangshengtang suggested clearing damp heat, benefiting water and expelling wind. Used for the adjuvant treatment of tinea pedis. Mung beans are rich in inorganic salts and vitamins.
