Peking University Table Tennis Association was established in September 2000. It was founded and developed by a group of students who love table tennis in Peking University, and it has continued to this day. It belongs to the Community Culture and Sports Department under the Youth League Committee of the school. The purpose of Table Tennis Association is to improve the overall level and competitive level of students' table tennis, unite table tennis fans in our school, further develop table tennis in our school, promote the popularization of table tennis and improve the technical level, enhance the exchanges, contacts and cooperation between our school and table tennis associations in various schools, and carry forward the national football spirit. Our slogan is "Love table tennis to win".

I. Association activities

(a) to publicize and popularize table tennis, organize the majority of members to actively participate in table tennis, in order to enhance physical fitness and improve the technical level of sports. Our activities are held every Friday and Saturday at 8: 00- 10: 00 and Sunday at 9: 30- 10: 30 in the discotheque. The activity adopts a combination of free activities and group activities, mainly including playing and technical guidance for the first team members of Beijing Table Tennis Association.

(2) Assist the school to plan and organize Peking University Table Tennis Freshmen Cup and Peking University Cup. Freshman Cup in the first semester and Peking University Cup in the second semester are the two most important and influential activities of the Table Tennis Association in school every year. Hundreds of people participated in every activity, and countless members came to watch the game. In these two competitions, the Table Tennis Association is mainly responsible for the pre-planning and arrangement of the competition, the management and recording of the competition, the closing of the competition and the press release.

(3) Organize friendly matches between table tennis associations in colleges and universities, promote exchanges between table tennis associations in colleges and universities, and mobilize the enthusiasm of members to play and watch games.

(4) Use anonymous BBS, Table Tennis Association alumni records and other network resources as a forum for members to exchange and discuss, and provide table tennis teaching films, competition videos and technical guidance articles for members to download.

(5) Organize outings and dinners from time to time to enhance mutual understanding and understanding among members and enhance the cohesion of the association.

Two. Composition of the association

Peking University Table Tennis Association has 1 president, who is mainly responsible for the planning and decision-making of the overall affairs within the association; Vice President 1 person, who is mainly responsible for assisting the president to manage the Table Tennis Association, implement the activities adopted by the Table Tennis Association internally, and communicate with the Table Tennis Associations in colleges and universities. A Communist Youth League secretary is mainly responsible for the work exchange between the Association and the Youth League Committee and the ideological education of the members of the Association. In addition, there are four departments within the Table Tennis Association, namely Secretariat, Organization Department, Propaganda Department and External Relations Department. The work of the above departments is as follows

(1) Secretariat: mainly responsible for the internal financial management and word arrangement of the Association;

(2) Organization Department: mainly responsible for the organization and operation of various large-scale activities within the Association;

(3) Propaganda Department: mainly responsible for the publicity and news release of the association's activities;

(4) External Relations Department: mainly responsible for the sponsorship of the association and the friendship work of the association;

The above four departments perform their respective duties and assist the president in managing the affairs of the association.

Three. The prospect of the association

Aiping will win! We have a great love for table tennis and a spirit of perseverance and hard work. This is our character. I believe that nearly a thousand passionate members of the Table Tennis Association will definitely make our organization and our association more exciting!
