I just got up in the morning, and 20 push-ups are definitely indispensable. If you have enough time, you will add 40 sit-ups.

Before taking a nap at noon, you should pull the spring 30 times and squat for 5 minutes. Of course, there are 20 push-ups and 40 sit-ups. I can't take a nap until I finish this. It is also necessary to take a nap after waking up and exercise all over the body 10 minutes every day.

Finally, the evening is the key training time of this fitness plan, because during this time, I have to do the most exercise, no matter leg exercise, hand exercise, abdominal exercise, waist exercise and whole body exercise, I can't miss one.
