Does fitness have to be exhausted to be effective?
We suggest that in the introduction of many fitness exercises, especially strength training, we should train to exhaustion.

Therefore, many people have formed a mindset, that is, the best effect is to be exhausted in fitness exercise. But is it really good for our fitness?

Fatigue means that we do some actions until we have no strength to finish the next one. Everyone must have experienced this feeling in fitness.

But not training to exhaustion will not make our training effect worse, and even sometimes too much training exhaustion will make our training effect worse.

Fitness is actually a process of adding a load to our body and then recovering through rest, so that our muscles can grow. If we can all recover, the more load we exert, the more our muscles will grow.

But our bodies can't recover all the load. On the contrary, if our load is too heavy to recover, our body may grow poorly.

Exhaustion can be said to be the most ideal state for every training when the body can recover to all states, but it is only an ideal state, and excessive exhaustion will also bring us some disadvantages.

The first point will reduce our training efficiency. In our strength training, we have to train in many groups. If we are exhausted in each group, then we can finish each group less and less, and we need more rest time.

But we change the number of times in each group to be a little lower than the exhaustion number, so that each group can complete the same and many numbers, and the rest time of our training will be much reduced.

Doing more strength training will take less time.

The second reason is that frequent exhaustive training will put too much pressure on our bodies, so that we can spend more time resting after going to the gym for training.

In fact, the exhaustion training of a single isolated action will not have a great impact on our bodies, but when we do some compound training, each group is exhausted and will cause us great pressure.

Moreover, the influence of this pressure will not only exist for a day or two, but also exist for a long time, and even affect our training this week. In this way, our training will never be upgraded to a higher weight, and our strength will never be improved.

However, although frequent exhaustion is not good for our health, choosing one or two groups for exhaustion in training will improve our training quality.

Therefore, each of us should learn to control our training and know when to be normal and when to be tired.
