Fitness running route
: (Starting point) South Square of Century Square in front of the Great Hall of the People-Shifu Road-Fudong Road-Wenzhou Avenue-Sanyou Road-Jinjiang Road-Fuxi Road-Xiushan Road (end point). The whole journey is about 3.8 kilometers.
Activity needs
(1) All units should arrive at Century South Square in the city before 7:00 a.m. on June 65438+1 October1Sunday, 2008, and queue up at the designated place according to the departure order (8 people in a row, 80 people on each side).
(2) In order to facilitate the management and display the spirit of each team, each team will bring its own flag (no limit to specifications and colors) and appoint a flag bearer as the team leader.
(3) After the starting gun is fired, each team must obey the command and set out in sequence according to the starting gun number of the unit. After departure, each team should keep an interval of about 20 meters before and after, and the whole team of the unit should keep neat.
(4) Set up several encouragement stations along the way to cheer up and create an atmosphere; Set up four water replenishment stations to provide water replenishment services for the contestants.
(5) In order to ensure the smooth progress of this activity, all teams should pay attention to safety, take care of each other, avoid physical contact as much as possible, and ensure the safe and orderly arrival at the finish line.
