I. Scope of personnel

Third, matters needing attention

1. Participants are required to complete sampling within the specified time. When sampling, please prepare your mobile phone and ID card in advance, carry the "Personal Sampling Information Collection Code", and carefully check your name, ID number, mobile phone number and detailed address to ensure that the information is correct.

2. In order to avoid the risk of infection, the general public are requested to wear masks consciously, actively cooperate with the staff arrangement, and queue up in an orderly manner in strict accordance with the requirements of waiting for "1 rice noodle" and sampling interval of 3 meters to avoid crowding, clustering and gathering. Please leave immediately after sampling and don't stay at the sampling site.

3. In order to avoid affecting the test results, do not collect nucleic acid samples within 48 hours after vaccination in COVID-19. Do not smoke, drink or chew gum 30 minutes before sampling; Try to avoid eating 2 hours before sampling.

4. Disabled people and other special groups, such as those with mobility difficulties and those who implement home control, please report to the village residence in time, and the town streets will arrange personnel to take samples at home.

5. People with fever, dry cough, fatigue, decreased sense of smell and taste, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, conjunctivitis, myalgia, diarrhea and other symptoms should take the initiative to report to the village and postpone to the nucleic acid sampling point, and the towns will arrange sampling separately. If you find someone missing the inspection, please report it to your village in time.

6. Pay attention to the official authority release, and consciously do not make rumors, believe in rumors, or spread rumors.

7. If you need to make up the exam for some reason, you can call the people's livelihood service hotline before May 3 1 Sunday 16:00.

1. Party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, other social units, cultural entertainment, tourist attractions, sports and fitness, commercial buildings, shopping malls, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, farmers' markets, pharmacies and other public places, schools and kindergartens, pension service institutions, various enterprises, residential quarters, construction sites and other places, as well as traffic stations, traffic stations, public transport vehicles and so on. , check the nucleic acid detection of entry personnel within 7 days. Medical institutions shall check the negative certificates of nucleic acid detection for all medical personnel within 48 hours.
