Aerobics, a more energetic exercise, may make people feel dizzy and unwell because of their fast heartbeat. 9 am, 10 am is fine.

6 pm to 9 pm is a good time for exercise. After practice, have a rest, take a bath, and you can sleep comfortably.

It can also improve the quality of sleep, killing two birds with one stone. That's what I did anyway.
