Sports make me enjoy it, and I got full marks in my composition.
I exercise, I am healthy and I am happy.

There is a saying: "Life lies in exercise." Yes, exercise can not only exercise our bodies, but also enrich our lives and make us happy. One of my favorite sports is running in the morning.

When I open the window in the morning, the cool wind blows on my face, which makes people feel refreshed. What a fine day for morning running! I got dressed and went downstairs, and found that someone was already doing morning exercises in the square. I stepped up my pace and ran to the left of the square, ready to run around the square and see the surrounding scenery.

This is a path in full of green, and the sky is covered by thick trunks and scattered leaves. When I looked intently, there were many bird's nests scattered on the trunk. I've heard birds sing. It's a beautiful melody, and it also reveals the natural atmosphere. I'm still running forward. I don't feel tired, but I feel relaxed.

Just running out of that beautiful path, I arrived at the fitness center. All kinds of fitness equipment and facilities have become good places for people to exercise. I ran and ran and met an old woman who was doing morning exercises. She looks sixty or seventy years old. She sat on the fitness machine to exercise her back. I saw there seemed to be a smile on her face. Grandma's actions confirmed the sentence "life lies in exercise" and also showed that exercise can really bring happiness to people. Now there is some sweat oozing from my head, but I still run forward.

I turned an arc and ran to the starting point. There are many fish in the pond on the left. They get together, as if fighting and playing together. Finally ran back to the starting point and ended the morning run.

Exercise not only brings health, but also happiness. Both my personal experience and what I have seen and heard illustrate this point. So why stay at home every day and be an "otaku"? Join the ranks of athletes and join the national movement!
