The investment proportion of the project is 20.8 1% invested by Xigang district government and 79. 19% invested by special bonds.

According to the data, the bidding content of Bid 9 includes Bayi Community in Bayi Road Street; Baiyun Street Police Community; Shengli Community in People's Square Street; Jinhai Community, Xianglujiao Street; Infrastructure transformation of Hongyan Community, Renewal Community, Folk Music Community, Unity Community, Xingye Community, Wanquan Community and Construction Community in Rixin Street.

The bidding contents of 10 include the community infrastructure reconstruction of Hongqiao Community and Workers' Village Community in Xianglujiao Street.

The renovation of community infrastructure includes (1) environmental improvement: road repair, permeable pavement, steps, gentle slopes, railings, retaining walls, aprons and sunken green spaces. (2) Drainage pipe network maintenance: sewer pipe reconstruction, sewer well maintenance, septic tank dredging, soft and hard cover excavation and recovery, etc. (3) Reconstruction of supporting facilities: garbage sorting points, buried trash cans, leisure seats, clothes hangers, garden lights, fitness equipment, barrier-free facilities and parking spaces are added in the building.
