Most girls feel that they need to lose weight, whether fat or thin, but some people want to gain weight. Most of these people have a bad appetite and can't eat anything, so they will naturally lose weight.

Losing weight is a lifelong career for girls. Blindly dieting is naturally unreliable. There will always be a time when you can't control it, and you will still rebound. Therefore, exercise is the best way to lose weight, but it is still for people who always want to eat.

Aerobic exercise is a necessary means to reduce fat. The most convenient way is running, usually in the playground. However, few people can keep running. After all, it is less fun, so we need to find a like-minded partner to run and exercise together and encourage each other to persist.

Last semester, I decided to lose weight and run. During that time, I had a strong desire and persisted for more than a month. Then it kept raining, so we had to shelve the plan of running outdoors. After putting it on hold for a while, I never went out again, and I ate back the two or three pounds I lost. My own exercise of losing weight will eventually end because of my inertia, so this semester I have a fitness card with my classmates and intend to stick to fitness.

The effect of this semester is still good. For example, one day I got up late and the alarm clock didn't wake me up. It's only about 10 minutes before my appointment with my friends. I still have to get up, get dressed, wash and eat breakfast. If I were myself, I would never go. I think it's too late.

But I made an appointment with someone else, not just myself, so I apologized to my little friend and told her to wait for me for a while, so I got up quickly, and then I insisted on fitness.

Therefore, I think it's best to find a small partner who has the same desire to keep fit and lose weight, so as to stick to it.
