T-shirts, socks

Cleaning cycle: after each wear.

How to clean:

Sweat on clothes can breed germs. T-shirts and close-fitting clothes are best washed every time, not to mention socks.

Tip:

When washing by machine, you can put the T-shirt in the net pocket or tie the neckline tightly with a rubber band to prevent the neckline from getting bigger and deformed. The water temperature for washing socks should not exceed 40C, otherwise the socks will shrink and harden.

Athletic wear

Cleaning cycle: after each wear.

How to clean:

Fitness will sweat a lot, and sports equipment has also experienced many tears. You can choose the sportswear washing program of the washing machine to wash, or you can prepare to change clothes and leave some time for them to regain their elasticity.

Tip:

If the sportswear is washed by hand, the soaking time should not be too long to avoid mutual dyeing or shrinkage.

underwear

Cleaning cycle: don't wear a bra for more than two days every day, because it takes about 24 hours for the shoulder strap to rebound. If you wear it continuously, the life of the bra will be shortened, and the underwear must be cleaned in time to ensure that it will not stay overnight. How to clean: When cleaning underwear, it is recommended to wash it by hand with soap and cold water. Don't twist it hard to prevent deformation, and lay it flat to dry.

Note: Wear the bra for 3~4 times, even if it doesn't look dirty, because the close-fitting clothes are easy to be contaminated with dander and sweat, which becomes a breeding ground for seven kinds of bacteria.

pajamas

Cleaning cycle: After wearing for 3-4 times.

How to clean: If you don't wash pajamas for a long time, microorganisms and skin exfoliated cells will accumulate in pajamas in large quantities, which will bring health risks. After cleaning, put it in a cool place to dry, otherwise the sun will make the pajamas deteriorate and turn yellow, shortening the service life. Tip: Don't rush to wear your new pajamas. It is best to soak in salt water for half an hour, then wash it with detergent and dry it. Don't touch pajamas directly with detergent to avoid uneven color.

Jeans

Cleaning cycle: After wearing for 4-5 times.

How to clean: Excessive cleaning may cause jeans to fade or wear. When washing, turn the jeans upside down and wash them in cold water, then hang them in the shade to dry. Tip: Soak jeans in a basin, put 82 spoonfuls of white vinegar in it for about half an hour, and the fading will not be so serious.
