When freshmen report for duty, parents pay special attention to which class their children are assigned, and especially want to know the ability of the class teacher. Give parents a message, no matter how new your idea is, they want to know whether you love your children, because most parents want their children to get the attention and care of the head teacher and teachers. When children leave their parents to live in school for the first time, tell them about your work and the focus of the school, so that they can rest assured and gain their understanding, and ask them not to care too much about their children during military training, let alone ask them to take time off or visit the school because they are worried about their suffering, which is not conducive to their adaptation to the new school. Have a good first class. Students from different places get together to form a new class. In order to form the concept of class as soon as possible, we can start by organizing students to know and understand each other. Class spirit is established in daily life. Mr. Tao Xingzhi said: "Life is education." The head teacher should let the students live a regular, full and orderly life every day, cultivate and consolidate good habits from time to time, and create a good class atmosphere in real life.
