Two, enter the medical institutions, please take the initiative to provide negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, critically ill patients according to the green channel for medical treatment, at the same time for nucleic acid testing.

Three, to participate in conference training, cultural performances, sports events, team travel and other gathering activities, it is necessary to issue a negative certificate of nucleic acid testing within 48 hours.

Four, operators of public places and organizers of mass activities, on the basis of strict implementation of "code scanning, temperature measurement, wearing masks" and other prevention and control measures, strengthen the inspection of nucleic acid detection certificates of relevant personnel, once found to be inconsistent with the provisions, restrict access. The territory will supervise and inspect the inspection work.

Five, the elderly and other people who have never used a smart phone, can be checked by paper nucleic acid test report, health code scanning and other means.

Six, the place code inspection shall be based on the time of nucleic acid test results, and the paper report shall be based on the reporting time.
