What "decompression artifacts" do you have when you are stressed?
In today's society, the pressure of competition and study has given birth to many "decompression artifacts".

There are different opinions about these decompression artifacts. Some people think it's useful, others think it's useless. Personally, I think it is still useful. Besides relieving stress, they can also make boring work and study interesting.

Some decompression artifacts are created by ourselves, and some decompression artifacts need to be purchased. Let me take a look at what decompression artifacts have been used in my life.

Self-created decompression artifact:

Ballpoint pen plaster. Now there are all kinds of strange decompression artifacts, but when I was young, I really didn't have the concept of decompression artifacts, but there were still many things that helped us learn decompression, such as the well-known ballpoint pen and the key switch on the back, which was especially decompression. Because I am not good at expression, I am afraid of being called by the teacher to answer questions. Sometimes I take a whole class to relieve stress.

Besides ballpoint pen, I also used plasticine to decompress. Many people should have played with plasticine when they were young. Although it is generally used to pinch images, its soft material is still very comfortable to hold in your hand. When you are nervous, you can pinch it to ease your mood. You can pinch a small piece for a long time and throw it away when it is dirty.

After work, various decompression artifacts emerge one after another, and I have also played several of them, which I personally find interesting:

First, the decompression ball

This thing is super soft. When you pinch, you will squeeze out bubble-like things (non-liquid), accompanied by sound. When you let go of your hand, it will change back to a ball. I have used it in my daily office, and it feels quite useful.

Second, the fingertip gyro

Fingertip gyro is also an interesting toy. It's both relaxing and fun. If you hold it in your hand for a long time, staring at the gyro will feel inexplicable comfort. My father is a driver, so he is bored sitting in the car when he has nothing to do. I bought him one. He likes it very much and carries it with him every day.

Third, decompress the dice cube.

Compared with the small toy in front, this stress-reducing toy is a little more complicated. It is a cube with six faces, and each face is useful. For example, some faces are similar to light switches, some are balls, and some are rockers, which will be more selective and can play a certain role in decompression.

On the other hand, in fact, the decompression artifact cannot be the only life-saving straw for us to decompress. We should adjust our mentality in time, have a regular work and rest, go outdoors more when we are free, exercise and breathe fresh air, don't get entangled in unhappy things, and get in touch with people with positive energy around us. Only when we become strong, the pressure in our hearts will be less and less!

Finally, I want to say that it is ok to use the decompression artifact as a toy, especially to adjust the temporary mentality when the work is tense. Don't be too dependent, it's good to play occasionally!
