The material should be high-density and hard, so as to keep the foot feeling and ensure that it will not be twisted when making big moves. At present, there are high-density PVC (generally used in home gyms) and rubber splicing mats (generally used in commercial gyms);
The size is large, because its movements are much larger than yoga mats, so its size is larger than 190cmx80cm, and the largest is 300 cmx180 cm;
Functional requirements:
1) strong grip, so that the mat will not move even if it is strenuous;
2) Durable and able to withstand high-intensity training of shoes;
3) high-density defecation, high stability, too soft cushion and easy to sprain your foot in high-intensity exercise;
4) Not too thick, usually about 7-8mm, which can effectively buffer and reduce vibration and noise.
