More than 50 tea varieties have been collected, which is known as the treasure house of tea varieties. The six most representative famous teas in Anxi are as follows:

Tieguanyin: Originated in Xiping Town, Anxi, it is the best oolong tea. Its string is tight and heavy, the tea soup is golden and bright, the aroma is rich and long, and the taste is mellow and sweet. It was rated as a national famous tea and a world famous tea.

Huang Jingui (Huang Dan): Originated in Meizhuang Village, Huqiu, Anxi, it is another best oolong tea with a different style from Tieguanyin. With the unique quality of two kinds of fragrance in the morning, 1985 was rated as a national famous tea.

Benshan: native to Xiping town, Anxi, it is closely related to Tieguanyin, but its growth potential and adaptability are stronger than Tieguanyin's, and its good quality tea is similar to Tieguanyin's.

Eriocheir sinensis: Originated in Daping Township, Anxi, it has wide adaptability, strong resistance, easy cultivation, high yield, compact shape, white hair at the tail of tender leaves and high endosperm aroma, and is favored by consumers.

Meizhan: Originated in Lutian Town, Anxi, it has wide adaptability and high yield, and can make tea from different places. Red and green tea is fragrant and mellow; Oolong tea has a unique flavor and excellent quality.

Oolong with big leaves: originated from Changkeng Mountain in Anxi, with wide adaptability, strong resistance, developed root system, drought and cold tolerance, strong resistance to pests and diseases, high yield and good quality, which is deeply loved by consumers.
