Ha ha. Our fitness is related to one or two muscles. We don't practice the whole body. For example, we practice triceps brachii on the first day, legs on the second day, back muscles on the third day, shoulders on the fourth day and head on the fifth day.

The pain can be gradually relieved in 2 or 3 days. So practice separately. Your whole body aches, which means that you just started exercising and used more muscles. You are sore all over. I suggest that you exercise separately, so that you can practice the parts that are not sore the next day. And so on.

If it's for running, you should reduce your exercise a little in the next few days.

In short, the soreness caused by lactic acid accumulation can generally be alleviated in 3 or 4 days.
