I have to heal myself. I usually use the following six ways.

1, empty yourself.

2. Look at the outside world.

Life is like a whip, we rush for it; But I missed the best scenery along the way and forgot how to love the world. Life is not just the present, but also poetry and distance. If life is too depressing, you can't find a way out and you are stuck in the same place, just look at the outside world! The bigger the world you see, the more people you see; Your mind will be open and the pattern will become bigger; Your thoughts and ideas will change; Life has a different ending. Take a trip, see the great rivers and mountains of the motherland, get close to nature, breathe fresh air, go to the old and welcome the new, feel better, broaden your horizons and be calm, and life will work hard in a positive direction.

3. Read a good book.

A scholar once said: "When you are confused, you'd better do something with 100% investment at once, and it's best to study it." If life has no direction and you are depressed and confused, read a good book. A good book will let you see a whole new world; A good book, like a beam of light, breaks the darkness of your life and gives you inspiration and strength. 4. Listen to music.

When you feel depressed and tired, listen to music and sing songs to relax and find an outlet for your pain and troubles. 5. Tidy up your room.
