Fitness friends, how long does it take to run thin waist and abdomen?
I ran for a month and successfully lost weight. 135 kg before running and 1 10 kg after running. I haven't run or rebounded for a year now. Do 300 sit-ups every day, ride a bike 400 times before going to bed, and squat 200 times every day. Persistence can achieve slimming, running 6 days a week for 30 minutes at a time.
