1, walk first and then run, from slow to fast.
First of all, for a novice, it is impossible for us to practice very long-distance running directly, even for sprints, it is difficult for us to stick to it. So at this time, I suggest that you don't just run for a long time, you can walk first and then run, that is to say, practice brisk walking first, and set yourself a brisk walk for 20 minutes or half an hour every day. If possible, calculate the length of brisk walking, and then slowly change from brisk walking to trotting, which is relative.
2. Set some small goals.
When we practice jogging for a while, we can set some small goals for ourselves. For example, if we go jogging in the morning, we can divide this trip into five stages, that is, we should achieve five small goals one by one. Suppose we travel 2 kilometers, then these five small goals are 400 meters each. At 400 meters, we will tell ourselves that there is not much left. Just stick to it.
Step 3 get rid of distractions in your heart
Finally, and most importantly, this is my own experience, that is, in the process of running, we should get rid of our inner distractions, don't always think about how difficult the exercise is, and don't always think about how uncomfortable the body is, just pay attention to how we should run, how to breathe and when to achieve that goal.
