There are many people who take part in this activity, basically divided into three categories every day. The first kind will take an average of four or five thousand steps every day. The number of steps can't be said to be many, but it is very stable. In the second category, the number of steps recorded every day exceeds 10000. What do you mean, ten thousand steps? About six to seven kilometers. This distance is actually a long distance for non-outdoor workers. The third category is between 30,000 and 50,000, often before noon, they are already dusty, or their pace is exponential growth. So some people began to question whether they really went out. What is the concept of 50,000 steps a day? At least about 35 kilometers, this distance is equivalent to walking a marathon. In fact, considering everyone's pace, the fastest kilometer is 10 minutes, like I'd better do 12 minutes, with an average of 15 minutes. Then 35 kilometers is equivalent to 500 minutes, which is almost nine hours on average. Considering that there are 24 hours in a day, it is not too long, but except for 7 hours of sleep, 2 hours of eating and 8 hours of work, there are still 7 hours left. I didn't count the commuting time this time. So people who can exercise for nine hours are most likely to exercise for three or four hours at work and stick to it. This kind of work also exists. He walked on after work, adding another four or five hours. I don't know if people who walk 15 kilometers to work will feel that the quantity is not enough, and they will make up 20 kilometers after work.

Therefore, the answer to this analysis is very clear. It doesn't rule out that someone really stepped out of 50 thousand steps, but if many people do it every day, it's a bit doubtful. Because people who do so much exercise must be athletes, why not run? Obviously it's better for fitness. And they must be a combination of fitness, such as stretching, weightlifting, swimming and so on. It is hard to say that he is willing to spend nine hours just taking a boring walk.

Exercise should keep you healthy. The more numbers, the higher the ranking. This rule seems impeccable, but when you think about it, there are still loopholes.

At the same time, I also took part in another activity, which encouraged me to walk every day, but the rules were reduced a lot. Women get one point every day for 8000 steps, and men can only get one point every day for 10000 steps.

This activity seems a lot easier, but if it really lasts every day, only 5% of the total number of people can get a point, so it is difficult for more people to achieve it every day, and this distribution is realistic. Who can walk seven or eight kilometers every day?

In fact, expensive walking is good for your health, but the more you walk, the better you calculate. Of course, it is good to take the first place in the activity, but we should also face up to our own goals and status quo. It is impossible to be opportunistic or exceed your physical limit for the first time, so you are kidnapped by activities.

So every day I deliberately let myself walk for an hour or two, at most 20 thousand steps. Keep an average of fifteen thousand steps. The intensity is not great, but it is just a threshold for me.
